“There was a very friendly and professional young man, David . I had to ask his name ,as he stood out ,because of his care of me a customer. This was the second time I was served by him. If I was in the business of hiring I would be offering him a job. His customer service was great As a regular customer to your establishment .I can only say well done David !! you are a credit to johnstown garden center .”

“Hi I ordered seed potatoes and they arrived promptly but unfortunately quite a few of them were rotten i contacted the garden centre and they apologised and sent me replacement potatoes straight away excellent service no complaints”

“The website logo and colours could be more of a fresh tone. The service does what it says on the tin, great delivery good choices etc. All the links are good but the overall site is too ' all over the place'. As a user and website designer, aesthetic, usability, interactivity, sound design, are key. Also, inclusivity for hard of sight, hidden disabilities, are important aspects to include. If the site was as good as the service, it would be brilliant!”

“Good service overall. Plants very well packaged for delivery and all arrived in good condition. All plants delivered in 2 Liter Pots and 9 plants out of 11 ordered were well established in their 2 Liter Pot . 2 Japanese Grasses were only transplanted into 2 Liter Pots before delivery and were very poor specimens for the cost. I plan on contacting Johnstown for replacement.”

“1. You say, delivery after 2 weeks, after order. Was like that. But 1- 2 days before you started make my order, one item was gone. 2. I think you are good garden centre. But all plant was dry!”
