“Hi there. I heard from my elderly mother that the plant you delivered is lovely and she was delighted to receive it. Great price-quality ratio too. However, at the time of ordering, I had no idea that it was going to take so long to deliver the order. Admittedly that was made clear in the order confirmation but that was too late. Even if the EDD was indicated at some point during the order process, it completely escaped my notice and I was disappointed that my plant didn't arrive on the day I expected it to as it was a key date. Maybe it was my own fault for not paying more attention but you might like to make that info a little more visible so things are clearer to the customer.”

“first time ordering online - website easy to use - from order to shipping took about 10 days and was starting to get worried but all worked out in the end - very happy with my Laurel hedging - strong healthy plants that were packaged carefully - will definitely order again”

“Everything I ordered arrived and most plants were perfect except that the lemon tree just wasn’t as large, or as lush/vigorous as I was expecting based on the price and the description on the website- it had curled leaves and a few hitchhiking bugs that needed treatment before taking it into my garden, but hopefully it will start to thrive now. Time between ordering and delivery is quite long as well. The other plants were great though and really lush, so overall a positive experience, but in future I would prefer to buy in store rather than online.”

“From the order to delivery everthing went smoothly. I took off one star because it took 9 days for the plants to arrive. But the quality makes up for it. It is outstanding.”

“Very impressed by the speed of delivery but parcel was badly damaged and the postman had to hold the bottom shut to prevent the contents from falling out. Due to bad packaging, ie 2 items rolling madly in the box. A crunched up piece of paper between the 2 would have made the parcel safe.”

“I purchased some plants on line however the 14 days for delivery is a little too long. I then contacted the staff via email and they were very prompt in responding. I ended up collecting them and was surprised to get a refund on the delivery. I’m a regular to the garden Centre and I would have given 5stars if the young girls on the till had a little more interest as opposed to staring up into space. The selection of plants and layout is fantastic. The outside staff are very helpful.”

“I ordered 5 Thymus coccinea. You mailed me that you were very busy and there might be a delay (good mail). Maybe 10 days later they arrived BUT they were Thymus vulgaris. Wrong plants. Phone call the next day was very efficiently managed. Correct plants were re ordered and we hope to get them tomorrow or Wednesday. Courrier organised to collect the wrong plants.”

“Tho’ I had to wait a while for my order to be posted it arrived quickly and in good order. Keeping plants display/variety up to date online must be difficult but it is important and avoids need to phone. Staff are always polite, courteous and helpful which is appreciated.”
