“Hi, I ordered a mini oncidium twinkle. It supposed to be white, but I received a red oncidium. I was a little disappointed because of that. The plant I have is beautiful and in great condition, but red. I really wanted a white oncidium. On the website it was a picture of a white oncidium and I checked, there's no option to choose the colour of the plant, so I assumed it's going to be a white oncidium. Other than that everything was good.”

Hi Andrea, Sorry to hear you didn't get the colour you were hoping for. Unfortunately it does say on the site that the Oncidium can vary in colour. For your own reference in future if you wish it to be a particular colour, leave a comment on the shipping information page when you place your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Hope you were not too disappointed, they are a lovely plant and smell wonderful!

“Very good Customer Service from Holly and another girl I spoke to but unfortunately I have forgotten her name. Put plants aside for me and they arrived in perfect condition. Have shopped in person there numerous times but will shop online again based on this experience.”

“Tape was delivered in a couple of days of ordering. The tape is of the highest quality, l have used other suppliers and this was the best l have found. Sticks to everything l need it to, and you can't ask anything more than that.”
