“Overall happy with plant selection, girl at the collection point outside very nice; my only dissapointment was I wanted to buy solar powered Christmas lights to decorate my garden tree and ceramic or glass or other then wicker hanging planter for my living room and there was none of those, I would expect you have some as the biggest garden centre in Ireland. Hope those become available in upcoming days.”

Hi Ewa, thanks for your comments! We only have the battery operated timer lights-you could time them to only come on at night time. This is all we have I'm afraid.

“We have just made some new flower beds and had nothing in them for the spring, so I got online at Johnstown and found several things I wanted. Something happened with the software that prevented my checking out, so I emailed the company, got a phone call from them within half an hour, and the order was all completed. The plants arrived when predicted, and in wonderful shape, and are now planted. It was an excellent experience.”

“Everything about the service was fabulous. Delivered on the date stated. And as it was a gift for my mother I was concerned but she said it was a beautiful rose with lots of new shoots. Would definitely use again.”

“Staff really worked hard to help me make a purchase over the Internet. They photographed the plants beside other members of staff to give me a sense of scale and sent them to me by email. Plants arrived well wrapped day after despatch. Very fair postage charges also. I'll be back!!”

“My absolutely beautiful palm plant arrived the day after I had ordered it online. Excellent service from the Garden Centre. Plant was thriving on arrival, had been packaged extremely well, and graces my Living Room now. And while I may visit Garden Centres in the future to take stock of their products I would be more inclined now to order online given that they take the hassle (fitting it into the car etc.) out of buying.
