“The JGC Website is excellent especially as it is frequently updated when new products are available. There is always a wide range of plants on offer through out the year. The online order service is excellent. I have placed at least six orders over the past few years and have always been delighted with the selection and care in packing the plants. Highly recommended!”

“Plants are good. Understaffed. Staff that are indoors appear to lack knowledge on delivery options online systems etc. Delivery cost 30 euro after spending over 200 instore distance 5 miles. Cant use gift vouchers on line where delivery would be 4.95. Spoke with manager who really didnt care. Wont be back.”

Hi Kate, as explained previously the items you purchased in store are not available for online delivery and therefore the higher delivery charge needed to be applied. They were too heavy to be delivered with our regular internet couriers. Hope you can understand. Happy New Year

“I spoke to a lady on the phone who was so helpful and I ordered over the internet so easy and my delivery arrived on time lovely to deal with and will be dealing with the Johnstown garden centre again”

“To receive my vouchers in the post but a little disappointed to learn they can only be used in store as we live in Wexford so it's a trek to actually use the vouchers”

Hi Corrine, Thank you for your review. It does state clearly on the ordering page to use vouchers instore only. This is because online gift cards are not secure enough and liable to fraud. We do have a work around though… if you make a list of what you would like and post it to us together with your voucher, we can then deliver it as if it was an online order, so no need to travel. Just allow €4.75 for the delivery charge. I hope that this will make the voucher even better for Christmas . Happy Christmas
