“This was the first time I have used this service from Johnstown Garden Centre and as usual I have not been disappointed. The communication was excellent and the plants were delivered exactly on the day and packaged incredibly well. The quality of the plants was up to their usual high standard too. Definitely a service to use if you are unable to visit in person and know what you want.”

“This was online shopping at its best. I ordered two potentilla shrubs late on Tuesday evening for collection. As I would be passing Johnstown on the Wednesday afternoon, I asked in the comments section if they could be ready for collection at 3.30-4.00pm, which was unreasonably short notice. The order was ready and the courtesy and service at Johnstown were excellent. Thank you. John.”

“All plants arrive beautifully packaged. Postage is more than reasonable. None of my purchased plants (and I've had a few!) looked like they were from the back of the bench tired and pot bound. I can't find fault anywhere. Happy Gardening!!”
