“When ordering I specifically stated that the tree was for a meeting taking place in Wexford and beginning on 4th August. Having been assured that it takes up to ten days for the tree to be delivered I hoped that it would arrive on the previous Friday at the earliest - noting that Monday was a bank holiday. To my horror it was delivered the next day with instructions that it needs water on a daily basis. I am in Dublin and the tree is in Wexford! It would be great if the delivery instructions were carried out. Hopefully it will still be alive on 4th August.”

Hi Sr. Mary Thank you for your feedback. We followed the instructions in the email as they stated the tree needed to be delivered in time for a meeting on 4th August. We were unaware that there wouldn't be anyone there to accept the tree. I have tracked your package and it has been received by J Howlin at the destination you requested in Wexford. Your tree should be fine without water until the 4th but if there are any issues please email katie@johnstowngardencentre.ie Thank you Katie

“I have had deliveries from Johnstown garden centre several times now and I can honestly say that I have never had reason to find fault with anything. All the products were perfect on delivery and are still doing well in my garden”

“I am very happy with the quick service from this garden center, especially sice I live across the city, no problem ! Since my age is a factor in getting out and about, I have to rely on the pictures and description of the products and find again, there is no problem---perfectly accurate. If I would say anything negative it would just be the packing sometimes could be better, but I try to order large items seperate from plants, as they are fragile, of course. But if it wasn't for Johnstown Garden Center, I would have no supplies and a empty garden, so well done, all of you! LaVerna Connolly”

“I was delighted to received my succullants last Friday.from the time I ordered to delivery was only two days.the packaging was fine but I think there could be a problem transporting as most of the plants were out of their pots and there was some slight damage.apart from that a very good service.regards alan”

“Your catalogue of plants is impressive making an actual choice quite difficult! [ but please take that as a compliment ]. Having made my choices, the process to purchase was straightforward with immediate confirmation......followed within a short space of time by information that my plants were on their way. They arrived safely the next day delivered by a cheerful chappie who carried the heavy parcel through to my back garden. All are now planted and looking happy in their new surroundings!”
