“I would prefer to tell you how it made me unhappy. Bought two hydrangea plants, both arrived in perfect condition and on time. Unfortunately one of them was not what I thought I had ordered according to their description on their web site. THought I was buying a dark, dark blue and a very very pale blue arrived. It turns out that it was the wrong photo on the website. Paid 25 eu. for the Musical Hydrangea. Was not happy. Rang them and they admitted the photo was incorrect. Just an apology.”

“It is now more than two weeks since I get a "dispatch confirmation" email from the garden centre. Nothing has arrived. An email failed to elicit any response. I wonder how I can get my money back.....”

“Ordered plants on line arrived within couple of days. Well packed no issue with products. Happy with service. I do feel that shop is understaffed particularly the actual garden centre it can be difficult to get a member of staff at weekends they are all very busy”

“Initially the website was excellent. Buying the plant was easy. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with delivery and the wrong item was delivered. However the follow up was brilliant and the correct plant was delivered very speedily.I would definitely recommend them.”

“Great service. I spoke to a horticulturist on the phone who gave me advice, I asked to be notified the day before the order arrived and they did, plants were packed with care. Can't fault them!”
