“I have done well with the medication. I’ve had longer than acceptable response time from the medical team. I feel like the Jumpstart Challenge and food journaling would have been beneficial earlier in the program. Other than accountability, I don’t get a huge benefit from coaching.”

“They promise you the GLP-1 but so far it took over four months to get approved. You don’t really talk to a doctor but one time. The medicine has strong effects of nausea and heartburn. The modules cover basic info on sleep, food, mindset…but nothing significant you can’t find on the Internet. I think I would have been better off focused on my calories, which I am doing, and getting B12 shots. They oversell you on what you are going to get given the amount of time. Insurance wouldn’t approve anything given I’m not diabetic. If I could I’d ask for my money back.”

“I have enjoyed the Calibrate program so much! It is less of a temporary diet and more of a mindset switch, and my results have been more than I had hoped! I love how you learn a little bit at a time as you go through the program, and build on that as you continue. It helps for it to be a lifestyle change and not a temporary quick fix. I love my coach and the lessons, and the weightloss and increased confidence is amazing!”

“I love the philosophy of Calibrate and how it’s a holistic, research-based approach to weight loss and wellness. The doctors, the support team and my coach have been instrumental in my weight loss journey so far. It is not a quick-fix program so go elsewhere if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re willing to do the work and really commit to making long-term change over a year or more, you’ll succeed. For me, I haven’t felt this hopeful about losing weight in a long time! So glad I found this program.”
