Awful customer service. I'm still waiting on part of my order and the lack of communication is so poor despite their 'contact me' page. At first someone in messenger responded then nothing - live chat is a joke, no reply by email either. I'm pregnant and by work has been affected by Covid like so many. I've made a purchase as a treat as I like the brand and quality but no more. I'm going to have to contact consumer rights as this is not acceptable. They appear a good brand, take your money but don't deliver or acknowledge your contact - it's not on.

Their live chat service is ridiculously poor! I had a problem on click and collect online when I placed an order. Thinking that live chat might be an easier way to get in touch with them but I was wrong! They not only reply really slowly, but also what even worse is they disappear after collecting all your personal data!! Waste me 1.5 hours today!

No telephone support, live chat takes two hours, twice in a row a problem with online order, order has taken a long time, and when finally arrived only one item out of fifteen was there. The first time round, I bought something online, a swimming costume that my little girl was really excited about, when the delivery came they had put a differnt costume in. When I rang to find out why, it had turned out the swimming costume she had chosen and we had paid for had been out of stock. Why advertise it online!! That costume had been the main reason for our order and she was disappointed. Lovely clothes , shocking, shoddy service, when something goes wrong as it often does they can't even be bothered to run a telephone service. Hard to wait two hours for an online chat advisor to get back to you when you have a young baby and a child to get pick up from school. I can genuinely say I would never use this service again.

I have found trying to resolve an issue with an online order a frustrating experience. No one answers the phone for customer service so the only option is to deal with Jojo Maman online. It says the wait is 45 mins because they are busy but yesterday and then again today. I waited for one hour and a half and then gave up. Not surprised to have read so many negative reviews on this site for Jojo Maman. I will not be ordering online with them again. Dreadful way to treat good and loyal customers.

Yesterday I was with my grandson in the Edinburgh Hanover Street shop. I found the shop not children friendly. My 20 months grandson was playing with the keys hanging on the main door, only touching and under our supervision and the staff were really rude and not happy to have a toddler in the shop. I will no go back there.

Website is so bad that I purchased 2 of the same item even if never pressed any button confirming that. Got charged! Emailed and tried to call JojoMamanBebe 7 times while their opening hours...nobody ever picked up my call and got told they couldn’t amend my order as it was already processed! No they’re not returning my emails! This is so outrageous!!!! Not picking up the phone so they then can justify not returning my money!!!! Hate this type of business

Received email inviting me to refer a friend. Email led me to believe that both myself and friend would receive 15% off next orders. It's a total con though - all anyone I refer gets is a free tote bag, hardly a way to entice me to share. Nowhere on the email or their website does it explain that this is actually the offer - the word Tote Bag is literally never mentioned. They are trying to mislead customers to get more sales which is disgusting. Poor customer service dealing with the matter too. Puts me off shopping with them.

I have received a parcel with missing item (Ergobaby carrier) which cost me over 150£. Been in contact with lady named Mariyam she promised to do an investigation but one week later haven't heard any update. We are going to the holidays next week so Ergobaby carrier is must have on our trip. Very disappointed. I will definitely contact with trading standards

Worst customer service I have ever received from a company!!! Bought my granddaughter sunglasses for her birthday and the first time she wore them they broke. They refused to refund or replacement and put it down to wear and tear. They weren’t cheap and they were very poor quality and should never have broken like that. I will NEVER buy from this Company ever again!

Very poor customer service indeed. I bought online three items that never made it to my home. I emailed the customer service and was told that the items were” safely delivered”. Definitely not to my home!!! They take no responsibility. I got no email to confirm the delivery nor that it was shipped. I will never go back To their website. Last time I did - it cost me $100. Very Disappointed!

A recent expensive package I received was damaged (all boxes torn). The jojo maman Bebe own brand toys were poor quality. I did receive a replacement for the part which was particularly poor, but in general customer service was very poor, and I did not feel like a valued customer. I have spent a lot of money at this shop in recent years so I felt very disappointed by this.

Visited the store in York today to buy for twin girls. Found a girls top in size 1-2 years and wanted another one exactly the same . Was told by an unhelpful and disinterested member of staff that they only stock one of each size and we could look for a ‘similar’ coordinating item. Pathetic if you have twins or triplets etc. Wake up to your customer feedback because the assistant today couldn’t have cared less!!!!!

Terrible customer service. My sons ‘extra thick trousers’ have a hole in after only wearing twice which I have found disappointing. Customer services have told me that is general wear and tear and it must have been caught on something! This is definitely not the case. Anyway a pair of trousers in the bin and left to learn by my experience.

My order was for 2 items, (one item/ 2 different colours) The confirmation email showed both the same colour but my online order summary page showed both colours so I didn’t question further When my order came both were same colour and I was told by customer service that it was my error, I clearly outlined that it was not but they insisted that they were correct and alluded that I was being dishonest, they refused to rectify my order I only wish I had taken a screen shot so I could prove it This was my first time ordering from them, I will NEVER deal with them again Avoid

Cheating of customers! The customer orders online, and then they cancel almost the entire order and send only one product, which is cheaper than the delivery cost (((They do not warn about this and there is no possibility to cancel the whole order. The customer pays for everything ..... Very greedy company with terrible service ! The prices are too high! I do not recommend wasting your time and money!

Wrong item received (Christmas present for daughter). Replacement promised in time for Christmas, to be sent by express mail. After many emails and phone calls, weeks later it turned out it hadn't even been put in the post. Finally got through to someone efficient who took on the problem and arranged to send out the replacement, which I finally received mid January. Postage refund offered as goodwill gesture but I never received that either. Very disappointing and as another reviewer said it is a shame as your stock is generally lovely. The shops don't stock the maternity/nursing range which means you have to order online, so come on Jojo, get your act together and do something about this please.

The company comes across as equal and accepting.. The market they want to buy jojo products is upper-class established families. So if you seem more on the lower class the staff presume your stealing. Very uncomfortable walking in the shop for a browse. More judgment than acceptance!
