Items quite nice and a good fit. Quite pricey for what you get but hey. My one complaint is that I had to pay to return the item and the return slip tells you to send it recorded delivery. I sent back a bra and the postage was £4.70.

Good products, not too expensive. BUT - their price and barcode stickers won't come off cardboard. Impossible to remove without damage to the box. Spoiled the look of a present.

Great quality products with free delivery. Little bit disappointed with length of delivery. Said 3 to 5 working days but actually took that long to dispatch. A little bit sly with their timings!

Lovely baby clothes but poor stock levels in shops. Online ordering is a real battle; shows items as available but when you try to put in the basket nothing happens. Contacted customer services - eventually - only to be told " oh that means it is out if stock" 🤷‍♀️. Orders take forever to arrive if you do actually manage to order an item. Hope quality will be maintained but delivery improved now they are owned by Next.

Lovely clothes and staff at local store very helpful but tried to order three times online as store doesn’t stock everything and can’t get through to the payment pages after an hour each time of looking through items and deciding

I attempted to order on Monday 8th June before the discount offer expired. I was delighted to see that they had just what i was looking for, for my grandson. I inputted delivery address, my address, my card number etc. but the site repeatedly kept asking for delivery address etc. After 2 hours I gave up, not really knowing if my order had gone through or not. I then tried to ring them and after being put on hold for ages, there was a message to say there was problems and they couldn't answer my call. I then e.mailed and this bounced back. On 9th June, I emailed my concerns and I have had a reply saying sorry I didn't order anything and I wasn't able to have the discount as the promotion had expired. VERY DISAPPOINTED !! What did happen to the website I wonder !!! I was given no explanation. I have ordered the clothes now and paid full price, but only because I spent so long looking for the items I really wanted. I would expect better service

I bought something I then had to return as it was useless. I paid for both delivery and return, which was frustrating. The refund was only made after I chased on it, two weeks after receiving the returned item. However, they were prompt and polite on their chat customer care. The worst part is I tried multiple times to leave a review of the item I had bought, but this doesn't show on the website. This makes me suspicious on whether the rating of their products is accurate... I don't think I will use this website again.

Online delivery pathetic- did not deliver on time, had to make umpteen calls to follow up. Customer services not great. 10 working days now and still haven't received my order when the standard delivery time is 3-5working days.

2 faulty items delivered a day late. Dented and ripped in several places. Offered 10% of my next order but given the state these two arrived in I wouldn't chance ordering again.

I purchased White Step Stool with Storage Compartment last July for 47 euro. The step completely fell apart this year (2023). The legs just gave way. My son only got one year out of it. He’s 3 now and I would have expected it to last longer given the price. The reply from JoJo maman was very disappointing. I believe this step is not good quality or fit for purpose. If you buy any piece of furniture you expect it to last longer than 13 months! That should have offered to fix it or replace it.

I find the quality of most items very disappointing for the high price tag. Worse thing is their customer services though. A couple of things I bought have been faulty with no one talking responsibility. When I ordered online, I only got my parcel month later and even then I could not get a reply from the customer service team. The latest: they don’t accept gift cards as a payment method for 3 weeks until 7th June. This really is a joke!

Ordered gifts for Christmas. Half of my order was missing. The parcel was ripped open. Tried to contact customer service and never get a reply. Been into the shop and they’ve just said they can’t help. Avoid at all costs. I will never buy from this company again.

Product never arrived - customer service won’t reply to emails and when we contacted the brand on Instagram they said customer service don’t have access to the Instagram account. It’s such a shame as they are such a sweet brand but I would never shop from them again.

Ordered Christmas items for me and my baby son. Half of the items were missing from my parcel however on tracking order it states delivered. Contacted customer service and still waiting for a response over a month later. Thought the items may get delivered separately but given the time scale obviously not. So disappointed as the items ordered were specifically for Christmas which has now passed.

Still not received my order from 28/11/22.. Christmas present for grandchildren , emailed tried ringing customer service still no response… very disappointed… sad haven’t got presents to give my grandchildren Christmas morning as yet 😢

Ordered 28/11/22. Unable to get a response via e mail, phone lines down as are chat lines, these are Christmas presents for grandchildren. Obviously not received order . Totally unacceptable for a company to behave in this way and very unprofessional to treat customers in this manner.
