Appalling service I have given the company one star only because there is no option to give zero. As with all previous reviews, order was placed 22.11.22 and has not arrived. However, despite saying on the 7.12.22 that the parcel was still with Evri, I was the told on the 9.12.22 that I had received it on the 30th November at a time I was in- as you have no doubt guessed this is a complete fabrication and the customer service is appalling. Please use Boden- issue resolved with one email and replacement arrived the next day

Shocking delays in responding to emailed questions about damaged goods arriving with appalling packed goods for delivery....finally after many weeks of trying to order a very simple item and after it arrived damaged twice through incompetent despatch operatives....I look forward to a refund.....

Customer service didn’t cancel an order made in less than 24 hours not even gave me the option to change the clothes to a different one. I wouldn't recommend.

Never ever will order from this company again. I ordered, paid, parcel never delivered. Poor customer service. I had been told that they contacted delivery company and parcel was delivered, which in fact it wasn't. Money gone, no goods and no help.

Would avoid as a busy mum, it is really risky to purchase online from this company. Unreliable delivery time scale, unreliable refund promise ( consider it lucky if you receive refund within 4 weeks, or any money back at all). It is disappointing the company choose to avoid accountability at all cost, leaving customers to deal with Evri l (it is equally for where I live) their RECOMMENDED delivery partner.

If you have nothing to do all day and would like the excitement of never knowing when you are going to receive the clothes purchased, even 2 months later, go ahead and order. Also, If you enjoy emailing people that never respond or have children that shrink rather than grow you will love this shop too. Due to the fuel crisis and you can no longer afford to go out, they have provided you with home entertainment. JoJo Maman Bebe have gone to all the effort of saving the summer clothes you have purchased in the summer, you may receive them for the autumn or winter. Who knows? You’ll have so much fun waiting! So much laughter and fun passing time attempting to stuff your cherub onto clothes that no longer fit them.

Bad experience. I ordered storage bags in order to move and paid a delivery fee that I hope it will arrive in 3-5 days. I haven't gotten any parcel until 7 days. I checked the parcel status, but it hasn't been packed and showed any response. The live chat is unavailable all the time, the call center is in a very long queue.

I often shop in the Ilkley store but more often than not find the staff rude and unhelpful. I don’t often post reviews but when I picked up an online order today 1 member of staff was very rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable whilst waiting for the other member to find the ordered item .

Absolutely appalling. Ordered item to be told next day delivery, then told expect delay 7-14 days due to sale, no contact. Finally get through on phone, to be told 7 working days. If this had been mentioned on ordering, at least know where we stand and probably cancelled order. Seem to be quite happy to take your money but not provide goods. Will not use again

Ordered some storage bags which have not arrived. They use EVRI which were formerly Hermes and they are absolutely dreadful . EVRI say they tried to deliver my order but I was not in . They are LIARS I was in at 9.30 pm yesterday when they said they tried to deliver and I have security cameras and no one is shown as having come to my house. I cancelled my order on Monday but this was ignored and I am still waiting for my refund. This company are hopeless don’t use them!!

My package was not delivered. Trued to chat with customer service, but that chat has nobody online- thus no response. Email replies are automated and unsatisfactory. Sent an email to the supposed customer service which was returned to me “failed to deliver”. Expensive items, no delivery - irritating but things happen. Total lack of company response and nobody to contact regarding my difficulties- maddening and inexcusable.

Hi. I just wanted to alert you to a really negative experience I had on 3rd April at your Northcote Road store. Myself, my baby, my husband and my sister wanted in at approx. 15:40-15:45. We were just after lunch and wanted a casual stroll in to see if there was anything suited my baby. As soon as we walked in: we were initiated by a very rude woman saying “you’ll have to be quick! We close in 5 minutes- we close at 4” we said we’d literally be a few minutes. Before we could even reach the middle of the shop, the same lady actually literally turned off all of the lights (please make me understand this behaviour??) then the other lady actually started hoovering (!?!) I physically was shocked by this. This was the most rude I’ve ever experienced during shopping. She was huffing and sighing the whole time we were there. I then made a purchase (more because I was shocked) and she didn’t want to put the dungarees through. She huffed and sighed whilst my husband tried To find his blue light card in order for us to get 10% discount. In turn the other lady locked the door and slammed it behind her eye rolling. This is awful, awful, discriminating, childish, disgusting. All because someone needed to shut at 4, you’d of thought their lives depended on this. I’m really highly upset and I want to know why you’d employ such rude people. I’ve never experienced such high rudeness in all of my life, and I’d like to know why. And now they disregard this message on IG and don’t reply to me. Disgusting behaviour

In the last month, I have been into the Cheltenham store of Jojo mama Bebe twice. On both occasions no one approached me, spoke to me etc. They were to busy talking about a doctors appointment, the second time what they were doing later! I left and spent £72 in Next. As a grandma I like to buy for my granddaughter, but definitely won’t be going there again.

Still waiting for delivery of items ordered on 15/1/22. Replacement meant to have been sent 27/1 but still no sign. Last time will be shopping with you. Atrocious service.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, tried emailing, social media messages - no response/help in understanding where my order is. First time ordering as a mum to be and never again! They've just taken my money and ignored me, the worst service I've ever received. Finally, got a response from live chat and it turns out they've 'lost my order'. Now issuing a refund which will take 14 days. So they've held onto my money for over a month with no contact. So appalling.

Placed an order in November and received an email telling me it was delayed - I’ve since sent three emails which have been ignored, got through to customer service who promised she would get back to me same day / no return call or email. The money for my order has been credited to my account but with no explanation or apology- I only gave one star for service as couldn’t give a zero- very disappointed in service provided

I've never heard of this company but it keeps sending dodgy looking documents to sign. The on-line chat does not work when I tried to find out why - I don't like the smell of this one.

Your Stamford store manager is Rude and questioned my discount voucher in away that made me very uncomfortable ( considering it was a professional weekend) it’s the second time she has done this to me so will not go back a 3rd time.

Frighteningly bad service . STONGLY ADVISE DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER. If you have had problems like they don't confirm order, ignore info requests as to where is order, when you do their email does one to customers as ; " this site is a no reply " so you have no help whatsoever. I'm chasing an overdue weeks overdue. Nothing NADA . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CLICK AND COLLECT DELIVERY TO THE YORK STORE ORDERING WEEKS AGO
