I ordered an item from this company online. I was notified that it was on its way and the courier then notified me that it had been delivered. However it had been delivered to the Isle of Man, nowhere near my address! The IOM address had somehow got onto the order. After emaìl correspondence, the company's conclusion is that, as the parcel was correctly delivered, the courier cannot recover the goods and JoJo will not refund my money! They have offered to waive the delivery charge if I wish to reorder - no chance! Never again!

I ordered a selection of pretty things for my granddaughters 1st birthday, born in lockdown last year, approaching her first birthday and I haven’t met her yet. After being given 5 delivery slots the clothes have still not arrived. Car breakdown/ sickness was used for the excuse. I accept this for the initial delivery but not 5 times. This morning I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund. That apparently can’t be processed until the parcel is delivered, I have to return it and then wait for the refund, we’ll how long is that going to take and when am I ever going to actually receive the items. In the meantime, I’m £75 down with no present for Ivy. I love jojo maman Bebe, the classic smocked dresses and tops with pretty embroidered hems are what they do best. I will never shop online again as they are a reasonably expensive product and give the impression of quality and superior service and then use the cheapest worse courier service. I’ll stick with Boden in future, they use Royal Mail, always guaranteed. It’s down to me now to call back in a few days to see if they can track down the order while they hold on to my money, no suggestion of them contacting me, never again

Is this actually a business! Exceptionally poor at everything. Impossible to buy via website. No answer on customer service phone line. No response to email inquiries. Chat not working. Waste of time! I rarely leave reviews and pointing this out as this company will be out of business soon unless it pulls it's cute little baby duck socks up.

Christmas present for daughter - Rocking Horse - Runners are split Complain - Eventually new runners are sent out to wrong address. Can't reply to email as "case closed" Complain II - Change address. Will be delivered on Friday Complain III - Still not here a week after stated delivery date. Don't know where it is someone will email / text / call me back.... Complain IV - Now told they don't have any in stock so those that were "sent to me" was just a lie Complain V - Hung-up on whilst being transferred Complain IV - Demanding return of remains of horse before refund - Seriously at this stage! Can't speak to a manager as "they are all in an all day meeting" - so either another lie or a breach of Covid regs? Nice that they are saving money and using the cheap DPD service that requires me to be available to hand over the package anytime between 8am and 5pm on the day in question! Would never use again. Liars.

Ordered a book as a Christmas stocking present in early December. It is mid January and it has not arrived. My enquiry via their chat line pre Christmas resulted only in platitudes and was terminated their end when pressed for answers. Subsequent e mails demanding a refund have gone unanswered. I will never buy anything from this company again their customer service is non-existent

Went to collect a 'click and collect' order - shop was closed even though the website said it was open. Emailed customer services and they couldn't care less - basically told me it wasn't their fault if the website was wrong, and then didn't reply to any more emails. I expected more of this premium brand.

Having ordered a pair of maternity dungarees at the beginning of December and paid for on December 2nd as a Christmas present, they have still not arrived in January. I am appalled that this company should take the money for something that they know they cannot provide. They are also guilty of duplicitous business practice by repeatedly sending statutory no-reply emails, offering a refund but not actually giving it then saying the item is on its way when Hermes have not yet received it. This is in no way acceptable for goods that have only a transitory use.

Absolutely scandalous. Personalised stocking ordered and paid for on December 4th and not received until after Christmas. No way to contact the company as they have turned off their phones due to an influx of calls and the online chat advised to send an email. Multiple emails sent but obviously no reply. Stocking finally arrived having missed my baby’s first Christmas. This product is clearly no longer necessary and the company will not refund as it is personalised despite taking over 3 weeks to deliver it. So angry and upset that they treat their customers this way. Unacceptable.

Ordered a maternity dress on September 29th 2020 for my son & daughters confirmation. Today is December 14th and after many emails to which I have had no response the dress is still not delivered. I have requested a refund twice and guess what......no response. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The confirmation is over and I had to get another dress from another retailer. My baby is due shortly so it’s now of no use to me anyway. Terrible customer service.

I will never buy anything online from JoJo again. From start to finish there has been a catalogue of errors. My order was lost in their system and after numerous chase emails and chats (their phone lines have been closed because they are too busy), they eventually found it but were no longer able to fulfil it. My order was cancelled by them and I was refunded. Two weeks after my purchase, I am now left with nothing but a rising blood pressure. Their clothes are beautiful, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Never again!

Awful customer service. I'm still waiting on part of my order and the lack of communication is so poor despite their 'contact me' page. At first someone in messenger responded then nothing - live chat is a joke, no reply by email either. I'm pregnant and by work has been affected by Covid like so many. I've made a purchase as a treat as I like the brand and quality but no more. I'm going to have to contact consumer rights as this is not acceptable. They appear a good brand, take your money but don't deliver or acknowledge your contact - it's not on.

Their live chat service is ridiculously poor! I had a problem on click and collect online when I placed an order. Thinking that live chat might be an easier way to get in touch with them but I was wrong! They not only reply really slowly, but also what even worse is they disappear after collecting all your personal data!! Waste me 1.5 hours today!

No telephone support, live chat takes two hours, twice in a row a problem with online order, order has taken a long time, and when finally arrived only one item out of fifteen was there. The first time round, I bought something online, a swimming costume that my little girl was really excited about, when the delivery came they had put a differnt costume in. When I rang to find out why, it had turned out the swimming costume she had chosen and we had paid for had been out of stock. Why advertise it online!! That costume had been the main reason for our order and she was disappointed. Lovely clothes , shocking, shoddy service, when something goes wrong as it often does they can't even be bothered to run a telephone service. Hard to wait two hours for an online chat advisor to get back to you when you have a young baby and a child to get pick up from school. I can genuinely say I would never use this service again.

I have found trying to resolve an issue with an online order a frustrating experience. No one answers the phone for customer service so the only option is to deal with Jojo Maman online. It says the wait is 45 mins because they are busy but yesterday and then again today. I waited for one hour and a half and then gave up. Not surprised to have read so many negative reviews on this site for Jojo Maman. I will not be ordering online with them again. Dreadful way to treat good and loyal customers.

Yesterday I was with my grandson in the Edinburgh Hanover Street shop. I found the shop not children friendly. My 20 months grandson was playing with the keys hanging on the main door, only touching and under our supervision and the staff were really rude and not happy to have a toddler in the shop. I will no go back there.

Website is so bad that I purchased 2 of the same item even if never pressed any button confirming that. Got charged! Emailed and tried to call JojoMamanBebe 7 times while their opening hours...nobody ever picked up my call and got told they couldn’t amend my order as it was already processed! No they’re not returning my emails! This is so outrageous!!!! Not picking up the phone so they then can justify not returning my money!!!! Hate this type of business

Received email inviting me to refer a friend. Email led me to believe that both myself and friend would receive 15% off next orders. It's a total con though - all anyone I refer gets is a free tote bag, hardly a way to entice me to share. Nowhere on the email or their website does it explain that this is actually the offer - the word Tote Bag is literally never mentioned. They are trying to mislead customers to get more sales which is disgusting. Poor customer service dealing with the matter too. Puts me off shopping with them.

I have received a parcel with missing item (Ergobaby carrier) which cost me over 150£. Been in contact with lady named Mariyam she promised to do an investigation but one week later haven't heard any update. We are going to the holidays next week so Ergobaby carrier is must have on our trip. Very disappointed. I will definitely contact with trading standards
