I've bought Jones shoes for my child to wear in school in September 2023 (90 pounds). In 3 weeks (!) the heels were worn and I had to replace them (another 18 pounds). In couple of months the shoes started to look awful. So expensive but so poor quality

JOKERS THE BOOTMAKERS! LAST COME FIRST SERVED IT SEEMS. I ordered a pair of £180.00 Cheaney Chelsea boots in their sale and received confirmation that the order had been received and would be despatched. The price was good so I recommended the deal to a family member who bought 27 hours later. I have been informed that my order will not be completed because of no stock. The person I recommended has had his dispatch confirmed for Friday delivery. Last come first served it would seem 🤪🤪🤪 Jokers the Bootmakers

Ordered £180 boots on 25th November with expected despatch of 16th December. It’s now the evening of 29th December and I have emailed twice, used the chat (was closed down without checking or resolving), replied to the obviously disingenuous response to my TrustPilot review 3 times … absolutely no response, no update on delivery, I can only assume I won’t receive this item, any response, or a refund. Company clearly couldn’t care less. Bad enough but this was bought as a Christmas present. Avoid.

Awful quality when the boots actually arrived (the first lot were never shipped or got lost in the delivery process, so I had to re-order them.) An absolute waste of time. Never again.

Very shady customer service. Clearly lied to me about shipping dates in email, which were inconsistent with the dispatch receipt provided. Took 2 weeks just for them to go to the post office to ship my shoes, which is ridiculous.

Shocking telephone customer service! Unfortunately the description of the boots I was interested in didn't detail if the insole was cushioned or not so I called the customer services team to ask but they didn't know so they emailed a dept that might know yet they didn't reply in the time that I was advised so I rang again to be greeted by an operator who really couldn't be bothered. Jones want me to place an order for over £100 yet I'm not knowing what I'm going to be getting. Maybe your marketing dept could put more effort into their descriptions including a measurement or gauge to the widths of your boots as 'F' or 'Standard ' means nothing!!

After 1 months I have received a size 9 instead of 8, now their return process does not recognize the order number, that is attached to the package. What a waste of money.

I have ordered a pair of shoes 20 days ago, never received them, when asking for status they sent me an email saying that the shoes have been delivered 14 days ago, without no email to confirm the delivery. After that nothing from them. They do not deserve even one star.

I bought a pair of Ecco shoes and when I came to wear them for the first time found that they were faulty Customer service told me to return them and that they would send out/email a returns note. THEY NEVER DID, EVEN AFTER 2 MORE REQUESTS I FOUND THE ORIGINAL RETURNS NOTE, SENT THEM BACK, THEN NOTHING MORE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES, THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW They now have the shoes I paid for and I have NOTHING I wish that I had read the other reviews. I would then have never ordered from this Company who have defrauded me You do NOT get refunds from this Company

Bought in good faith but sizing completely wrong, mens size 8 was only very slightly large on my ladies size 6 foot. Robbed of £2.50 to return something that I would have happily kept if the size ordered had been the size supplied. Beware.

I ordered a pair of shoes 8 weeks ago. When they arrived, they were the wrong size so I requested a returns label and the courier collected the package the following day. Confirmation from the courier and the tracking link provided confirm that the shoes have arrived in the Jones warehouse, however, they cannot find the shoes and therefore will not refund my money. Apparently, despite everyone saying that the package returned safely, it is my problem to find the shoes before a refund will be processed!!

Bought leather boots on 24/1/2020. On 30/1/2020 completely ruined because they let in rain. Absolute chancers. Avoid overpriced rubbish at all costs

Rubbish quality! Completely overpriced! I thought they were good shoes, so I bought 2 pairs: boots for outside and stiletto heels for work(only wore them inside the office). The boots’ sole broke within the first month of purchase and the colour of the stilettos started to fade after 3 months(they are navy suede-like material) and now the material started to peel off the heel. I could not believe it! Will never purchase from them again.

Wasted £170, shoe sole got completely torned within 1 year of purchase. No responsibility taken from store manager and asked to pay for the mending. Pathetic!

I called up customer services because nobody answers their phones in any of the stores. I wanted to return some shoe trees because the side spring wasn't smooth enough and in effect it was stretching the shoe which i didnt want. The woman in customer services told me so long as i had the receipt it was ok to return. so i spend over an hour getting to the Holbourn branch and the manager woman seemed reluctant to give me a refund. She asked if i wanted a replacement, i told her i found a better pear else where (maybe i shouldnt have said this), she then asked for the receipt which i produced, the card i paid with, which i also produced and then she told me to wait while she call the customer services as she was not sure weather they were returnable. she returns after some time and told me i could not get a refund only a replacement. she bought a replacement with her and the spring on that was also poor. i called customer services again the the person behind the phone didn't want to continue the conversation, she admitted she told me that it could be returned but did not appologise or seem sorry at all, and she the told me she had to put the phone down due to the language i was using??????? so i asked her what language because i know i didn't swear at all or use any foul language. She told me she could not repeat what i supposedly said as it was a bad word ( or something). would not go here again, when you go to buy a product they try very hard to upsell all sorts of things you dont really want, and then when you want a refund for a faulty product they don't want to do it. they also mislead and lie.

Bought a pair of shoes a month ago I after first use the hill was badly damaged. Very bad quality Bad experience in the store. Too many lies. I had better experience when I tried to make a complaint in the web site. In that case I was ignored after my last email.

Bought a pair of office shoes less than 2 months ago. First bit of significant rain this year and water seeped through the rubber sole. Went back to the store to ask what their policy was on this and I was told Jones don't guarantee against any water ingress, that the issue I experienced was to be expected as my shoe was leather with a rubber sole...!!!! I was then shown a brick of a shoe and told that I should have bought that instead of the shoe I did buy... In effect I was told to EXPECT "poor quality". I have since tried emailed their customer service department and had a non deliverable email... at least they're consistent across the business.

Appaling quality! They appear to be an upmarket luxury shoe brand but are really the opposite. I thought they were at a similar level to Loakes and Barkers and it didn't take long and the shoes fell to bits! Never buying again!
