“Disgusting customer service. Emailed 1 hour after placing order and told them I was unable to submit the contact form on the website (and again the following day) and three days later after various messages to and fro was told my order had now been dispatched so I couldn't cancel it. I've since sent an email to their complaints email address and this has not been acknowledged. Worst part is that I did not want to cancel my order (as stated in first message) I just wanted to amend it as I had ordered a duplicate item. Avoid!”

“The site was easy to navigate. There was a good choice of designs. The points system was a good incentive. The order arrived in good time. I was disappointed that the Nominations jewellery weren't posted with the original Nominations gift bags/pouch (just a plain mesh bag), especially as 2 of the links were for gifts.”

“Been waiting for over £100 worth of missing items since 15th April. Have asked 3 times for refund. I am still waiting for even a reply for my 1st,2nd, and 3rd request for refund. All I have is " your request has been received and we will get back to you in 2 days time " well im still waiting and waiting. Disgusting service. And i keep getting requests to rate the items I should have received over a month ago. Quick to take your money but not quick to answer your e-mails or requests for refund or as to where your items are. Extremely angry customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 😈👿”

“I ordered a nomination charm for a friends 21st birthday, and I was very disappointed with the charm that arrived. It was discoloured, scratched and damaged. I have returned the item back to store and waiting on a refund. I wont be using Joushua James again.”
