Wasnt too pleased when i received my order. 2 nomination charms were staple to the invoice in a small, see through, sealable bag. When i emptied the package there was 1 flatpack gift box... 1?? But i ordered 2...? So only one gets a box and not only can i give just 1 in a box it came with no nomination bags either. So i hand a present to 2 different people, 1 in a small envelope bag and the other in a see through packet?? Was never so embarressed!! Wont be getting from joshua james again.

I have not yet received my order so am unable to comment, I understand there are some delays due to covid-19 so am it making a complaint. Stay safe.

Put the two nomination charms in one small plastic bag rather than in individual boxes which didn't work as they were gifts to separate people.

Good service however the engraving is very very light and I’m not sure how long it’s going to last which is quite disappointing for £40. Mine is for an allergy and I would hate for no one to be able to read it in a few months time.

I ordered a Nomination charm on 7th January for a birthday present. It arrived accompanied by a cheap presentation box that had 'HAPPY HOLIDAYS' on the face of it. I have now had to make a special journey to purchase a suitable (non Christmas) box. Im quite disapointed.

Nomination's factory has been closed, and therefore there has been a delay in these getting to us. I am sorry to hear that you received a Happy Holiday one, there must have been an error at packing. Paid extra for next day delivery on a birthday present, still no parcel after 10 days. E-mailed Joshua James to be told they won't even look into it until 2wks have passed. Not much good to me as my mums birthday was last week. Not sure if I would order from them again ☹

We understand your frustration with this matter, however this is Royal Mails policy which we have to abide by. Royal Mail have experienced times where an item has still been delivered within the 14 working day period. Therefore, please get in touch with us straight away on the 14th working day and we will take the next steps and raise an investigation with Royal Mail and then we can either arrange to re send your items by recorded post. Alternatively, we can always refund you for your order and declare this as 'Lost in Post'. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this. Ordered nomination heart charm. Heart sits to one side and too high. Reply saying they don't class this as a fault. Sorry for £27 I expect it to look as shown on the website. Had to return it at my own expense. Won't risk ordering from them again as clearly don't care what they are sending out. Shame as had used them for previous charms.

Very disappointed. The charm was for a Christmas gift but came in a small plastic bag stapled to the invoice. I am now having to source and purchase a suitable gift box to put it in.

Purchased a necklace & bracelet for Christmas. When items arrived I was disappointed to note that the bracelet had two small knots in it. Fortunately my husband managed to undo them but I would not have expected this of new items and clearly they had not been checked before dispatch!

Purchasing has been made much harder by the change over to the new payment system. What used to be a simple processes to buy outstanding jewellery that is good value for money, is now difficult. It has to be asked is it worth the problems at checkout.

Order 6 charms says all in stock and then gets an email saying awaiting stock on 2 of the charms 1 week later still haven’t arrived

I have received one order out of 3. I have emailed asking what items they are awaiting stock as I needed those 2 orders by today 06/11/19. No response after 4 days. Very disappointed in this company. I have spent a large amount on these orders and I needed them by today as I purchased them out of my grans inheritance money and I was meant to be gifting these items to family at a meal tonight in memory of my gran. Website needs to be updated and tell customers if items are out of stock before they place the order and not 2 days after. Won't be ordering off here again.
