I have always shopped here for my Nomination charms and been impressed with their response and delivery times however my recent experience has been awful. They took four days delivery from the day I received the email saying they had been sent and to top it off, when I emailed, the comments I received back were unhelpful.

Ordered a charm and paid extra for recorded first class delivery. Item shown as stock on web site however received email next day saying out of stock and awaiting delivery. Item therefore received late for my wife’s birthday but unbelievably still charged the extra cost for speedy delivery!

I ordered a nomination bracelet and a charm for my friends birthday and when it came I was very disappointed to find you had sent a girlfriend charm and not a best friend charm meaning I could not give my friend her present. I will be sending both the bracelet and charm back as I had to go out and buy something else

Not happy as I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and it took nearly 5 days to come! I know it was around Christmas period but don’t advertise it if you can’t promise it and false advertise, my niece present was late cause took so long, wouldn’t order nothing from here again

The items I purchased arrived quickly and communication on orders was very good. However I signed up for The newsletter but never received my £10 discount and have never received a reply to my customer service query. Not impressed.

After a delayed delivery I sent two emails to you and no one ever responded. I also called and the phone simply rang out. The delivery came too late for the gift.

I ordered 3 nomination charms and was only told AFTER I had ordered and paid that one was not available. They were all Christmas presents and Christmas had now passed. I have been given no time frame within which I should expect to receive my 3rd charm. Great, quick service with the 2 available charms however I am very disappointed that I was able to order and pay for an item which was not in stock!

I ordered 2 of the same nomination charms but they only sent 1. The paperwork they sent says 2. I’m still waiting for a reply but I do know it is Christmas. My little boy is going to have a disappointed auntie

Poor customer service. Parcel never received. No feedback after sending 2 emails. Will continue to try as would hope for a full refund. Very disappointed as was a Christmas present.

Iv been really happy before with the delivery from Joshua James before but this year I ordered 3 charms early in December and theyv still not arrived so prob won’t be in time for Xmas now, and I had no reply from my email asking for an update, disappointing as it still hasn’t arrived

I made two purchases recently, for the first I paid extra for speedy delivery and the package took a week to arrive, too late for the date intended. My email explaining my concerns still hadn't been answered after four days so I phoned and it took two phone calls before I could get to speak to someone who did refund the postage costs. My second order generated an email saying the items weren't in stock although they were available to buy on the website and I have since got an email saying they have been sent for dispatch. I will wait and see when it arrives!

Love my bracelet, can’t fault it. However, I was worried when it hadn’t arrived after over a week, only to be told it was out of stock and would be sent when back in. I wouldn’t of minded but had an email the day after I purchased it to say it had been dispatched.

We ordered three charms separately. They arrived joined together. There are no instructions about how to separate them for the three people for whom they are intended. I did an online enquiry and got an automated 'We will deal with your query'. That was three days ago. Not impressed.

I cannot rate the product as despite receiving an email on 4 December to say the item had been dispatched as at today's dated (12 December) it has still not arrived. Don't know what courier you use, but they don't appear to be very efficient.

I cannot review my purchase as it has not arrived over a week after being dispatched. I tried to contact to find out where it is/how long I should wait before it is missing and I had a less than helpful response. This is a Christmas present and time is running out for me to be able to replace it. Won’t be buying again in a hurry
