Products were nice, however one of the pieces was out of stock, didn’t let me know this until after I’d paid and got dispatch confirmation of the other product, waited over a week for the missing item, emailed and go no response, wouldn’t recommend

I ordered a nomination bracelet and three charms which were delivered quickly. However I had expected them to come in appropriate packaging maybe a nomination signature bag or box but the bracelet was folded into the invoice and the charms were in a plastic bag. This is a gift and after the amount of money I've paid it is extremely disappointing and I wish I had gone through the actual nomination website. Also there was no nomination card explaining about the jewellery and instructions on how to change the links. So again not very helpful for a gift.

The item ordered was fine, the delivery was not. I paid for next day delivery but when the van called we were both in the garden and missed him. That was not such an issue and was offered a pick up at a local branch of Halfords via the courier's website on Saturday. I asked for Sunday afternoon which was confirmed by email. No pick up ref. was sent and on visiting Halfords late Sunday afternoon, the item was not there. Halfords rang the courier for me and was told the item was locked in a van. It was picked up by me Monday afternoon after being warned by the courier that If I didn't pick it up then it would be returned to you. Not great customer service by the courier.

Excellent delivery time, only problem is one of the charms I purchased had the word 'luck' incorporated, has only been on a couple of days and it looks like the letter L is fading?

No delivery tracking available for the item ordered. The item I ordered was £60.00. When the item arrived , it was inside a plastic bag that had a price sticker of £50.00 attached. So the free Trollbead offered with the item actually cost £10.00. Very sneaky and underhand.

First order as you had a nomination charm I wanted as a gift for someone. I ordered money was taken a day later I had email to advise you were awaiting stock. I therefore had to quickly choose an alternative charm which I didn't really require just so I had the gift for my friends birthday. I ordered with yourselves initially as you had the certain charm I wanted. The alternative charm then came a day too late after my friends birthday so really I didn't have what I wanted.

The package, once arrived no nice box/bag was provided only a little piece of cardboard which you have to fold into a little holder, cheap and tacky!

Both items I ordered were out of stock but instead of putting a note on them they were made to look available and one was a Mother’s Day gift. My mother is still waiting for hers even though I am lead to believe it was posted on 8/3. If I had known they service was like this I would of stuck with Argenti

I received the wrong item and I have had to return it and I’ve heard nothing from you to say if you have received it back,, if your sending a new item back out to me,,so I’m just abit disappointed at the moment

I ordered a nomination charm for a birthday gift which was showing online as instock ,next day received an email advising as soon as the stock was in it would be despatched, I phoned the store to find it was indeed out of stock -but was still showing instock online , delivery was likely to be 2 weeks - which meant I missed the birthday.. requested a refund which was given ,but annoyingly waisted time ordering the item when it obviously was not available -!Incidentally this item is still showing as INSTOCK beware -check via phone before orderering

I ordered a nomination bracelet for my friend it didn’t come with spare nominations and it was a child size too ... (I may have prefers a child size I’m not sure) buy I thought it was worth checking as it has ended up being too small x

I have not received my item which was posted on 21 November. I emailed customer services twice with no reply. I phoned and was advised that nothing could be done until 14 days after it was posted. As this was for a gift that I was taking to Edinburgh on the 10 December and will now not be able to take. I am very disappointed with your customer service especially at this time of the year.

I placed my order for 2nomination charms.They are Christmas gifts.I am on a very limited income and also suffer with arthritis in both hands.They were attached to each other and I can't separate them.I contacted Joshua James explaining I couldn't separate them and can't afford to give charms to one person due to my limited income. I emailed the company to ask what I could do and have not had a reply back from them.I appreciate they are busy but I am now unable to give the charm i wanted to give my niece.

Last year I placed an order for bracelet charms over £100 for a Xmas gift. I was told hat they were unavailable. I received no timely update so cancelled. This year one of the three charms on the website as available is again not available but promised “shortly”. Over a week has passed with no update.

Everything was fine with the item, but I wasn’t happy with the way it was packaged. It came stapled to the receipt. With a box I had to put together myself.

Had to wait for stock. And still waiting for my next order what was a birthday gift but to late birthday over now you should let people know that the stock is not available before taking the payment and order very disappointed I spend a fortune with you to

I have ordered three times from this store and twice the items have been out of stock after saying they were in stock on the website. I am still waiting for the third order and it has been two and a half weeks. So not great

There was a mix up with the address. I had entered the billing address in correct but the delivery address was correct. The order was then sent out to the billing address. When I called up the customer service over the phone from the First Lady I spoke to was appalling!! I have finally managed to get the item from the house / person of the billing address, but will not be ordering again from Joshua James
