Until now I have received a very good service. However I have contacted joshua james jewellery by email for the third time as they have failed to respond to my query if an incorrect delivery!

Items stated on the website as in stock weren't. 2 weeks later and no reply to an email or a form submitted via their contact link on the site. They have my money, I don't have my goods and no contact from them. Not happy. Be careful as "in stock" clearly means nothing!

I have still not received my x for troll beads charm, was not told it was out of stock and when part of the order arrived there was nothing in there to say why the charm was not included. I had to contact them then wait days for a reply. Still no charm three weeks on. Bad customer service, bad communication.

I have based my rating on the lack of customer care, I placed and paid for an order on 24 January and was quickly informed that all items were out of stock, even though none showed this on the order page. I received most of my order on 30 January with two items missing so I enquired if they were still out of stock and I received a reply on 1 February to say they hoped to have the items back in stock in a few days, we are now 15 February and not a word since. I have have only received the one update on the missing items, after I made contact, and nothing since, I do not think it unreasonable to expect to be kept updated with how my order is progressing, or not, in this case.

In terms of the actual product I cannot fault this website all the jewellery is authentic and hard wearing as I would expect. However I have made several purchases and not received my items when they're due and have had to wait extensive amounts of time in order to receive my items some times resulting in me cancelling the order all together and having to order elsewhere. Communication on the other hand is good between seller and buyer and the customer services team are always quick to reply to questions. Overall some work is needed on the sellers part but not all bad.

It's actually not a complaint with you but with delivery company, I paid for next day, kept saying would be delivered between 06.00 - 22.00 hrs, when I rang at 17.00 they said had been lost at depot, but now found!!!!! That 'my delivery' would be 'upgraded' at no charge (big deal) as it arrived day after my mothers birthday - I should be credited delivery charge. When delivered they said it had blown under a vehicle

I still have not received package waiting over a week now. Apparently I have to wait 2 weeks before anything can be done. Not very happy as granddaughters birthday present.

Speedy delivery, packaging was bad to the point of the gift nearly falling out. Presentation also bad supplied in a plastic bag with the gift box just thrown in.

I received an email stating my item had been dispatched on the 10th, now on the 20th when website states will arrive within 3-4 working days. Have called to advise I've not received my item, I had a less than helpful response and was told I will have to wait another week where I have to call back again before any action will be taken on this matter. I was advised my options being a refund or item to be posted again therefore an even longer wait. This was ordered as a gift but the occasion has now passed.

I purchase 2 items recently and haven't received them yet, I have been in touch with J J and there policy is to get in touch with the post office after 14 days which I think is wrong they should be in touch straight away in my opinion. This is the first time I have ordered from J J and it will be my last

Good day I ordered a Nomination watch as a Christmas gift. It was dispatched by you on 9 December. To date it has not arrived and I stood with a red face. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a tracking nr from you. I get 100’s of acknowledgement emails, but no answer. PLEASE RESPOND AND SEND ME THE TRACKING NUMBER SO THAT I CAN FOLLOW UP ON THE ORDER!!!!!!!!

I was not informed that the item I ordered was out of stock leaving me no time to source elsewhere in time for Christmas delivery. Telephone communication was non existant.....tried to contact customer service five times over two days with no reply and phone ringing out. Reply time to my email very poor

Ordered a charm on 19th december with next day delivery to make sure it was here, still not here by the 22nd, emailed to find out why and found out that it isnt stock (even though it still says in stock on the website!) Which leaves me with no present for my sister with 2 shopping days left! I understand that website issues happen but on the 19th when is was realised that there were none in stock i should have been notified (as this is clearly a christmas gift) so that i still have time to sort out a gift, thats the minimum id expect from a company like this, in all honesty i didnt even recieve a proper appology. Needless to say i requested a refund and will be shopping elsewhere.

hi i ordered a charm bracelet and 2 charms ,the bracelet came on time but the 2 charms have not arrived,i ordered on the 14th dec and got an email saying they was out of stock and would be 5-7 days,i sent another email with no response from you and spent all day ringing 2 phone lines where nobody has answered,still have not got charms ,these were going to be an xmas present ,now the 23rd dec ,if when I ordered if you had stated they was out of stock I would have picked something else or gone elsewhere ,very poor service colin

Ordered a charm for my wife end of October which didn't arrive. After a prolonged e-mail exchange they advised they would send a replacement. It didn't arrive. In frustration I asked for my money back and approximately 6 weeks from placing my order I received a refund. Sorry it's not a better review, but I can only be honest!

Ordered on 11th December got an email on the 12th to say that goods had been despatched still not arrived yet. After reading other reviews now wish I had ordered elsewhere

At the moment I would say poor order placed 11/12/16 haven't recieved yet, took a while to respond to email,when finally responded told have to wait 14 days from day of dispatch 12/12 as this is Royal Mail policy so now that will take me to Boxing Day you will be shut so I will not know anything until 2017
