I order all the time well used to from here. I ordered when two items was in stock didn't recieve for 4 weeks after stating both in stock after trying to contact the company 4 days in a row no one answered. Also did repot after report only one got answered then after requesting my money back the items the got sent out gone down hill since the change of the wedpage

Well if I'd of received my parcel i could write a review it was dispatched on the 7th n haven't got it yet

i find it irritating that i ordered 5 items that are shown as in stock and will be despatched next day only to get a message that none are in stock and will be another week, either they are in stock or not. on the plus side the refund was arranged rapidly,

I like many others have had a less than acceptable experience. I have on several occasions before used Joshua James and have always had excellent service, however on this occasion I hadn't received anything after 7 days so tried to contact them. This was fruitless as they didn't respond to email or answer the phone. Only after this had I seen the negative comments. It was only after escalating this with PayPal did I receive a response and confirmation that my charm had been dispatched. Whilst this did arrive I am conscious that others have not been so lucky. My advise would be to escalate through PayPal as their email / phone support is next to useless. I am hopeful that they will be able to work through any issues they have.

I returned an item on the 13th and it was received by a Mr Bell on the 14th at 12:39. The refund for the item still hasn't been paid into my account and I have found it impossible to contact Joshua James by telephone or obtain a response by e-mail.

As normal great delivery time. But I was supposed to get a free gift with my purchase. So very disappointed with false advertising

The wallet that I received was not the same as the one shown in the picture and was not in the gift box described and shown in the photo. It was too late to send it back as it was for a birthday gift. I incurred additional costs to package it before it could be given as a gift. I was disappointed as my previous orders were excellent and exactly as described.

Had to spend 7 pound to send a faulty charm back to you to exchange it as it is faulty don't think that's fair at all

I ordered a nomination charm from yourselves and paid an extra £5 for next day delivery only for the parcel to be delivered the day after it was expected to be. I'm really not happy about this. If I didn't need it desperately I wouldn't of paid for next day delivery. I had a very upset birthday girl who never got a present on time

Hi I have had a look at your order, as this was placed at 22:28pm it was dispatched the following day for delivery the day after that. (Orders need placing before 15:30 to be dispatched the same day) Kind regards Joshua James Jewellery

Order was incorrect,item missing with no explanation, called them and poor apology. The so called 'Trollbead' bag was very poor quality, promised the proper bag, nothing received. I have bought a considerable amount of beads and as a valued customer very disappointed in the quality of service Robert

Very sorry to give you a poor review but the item that I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery did not arrive because your delivery service emailed me saying it would not be delivered until Monday 14th March. No good to me as my daughter's 40th birthday was on Sunday 13th March. Imagine how I felt with no gift to give to her. Your normal service, sent via Royal Mail, normally gets to me next day but I decided to use your special next day delivery to ensure I had it on the Saturday but your delivery service thinks it is OK for it to get there 2 working days later - that makes no sense to me. If it had been sent Royal Mail, first class, signed for I would have got it on the Saturday. You need to change your special delivery service as it is not acceptable to charge extra for next day only for it not to arrive.

Hi I am sorry you didnt receive your order for when you needed it for. Our next day delivery service is just working days, as the order was placed and dispatched on the Friday this wouldnt be delivered until the Monday. We do offer a Saturday delivery service, but this is available as a seperate delivery option on the website. Kind regards Samantha

Still awaiting order as items were apparently out of stock although they were showing as available when order was placed. Shambolic ordering system resulted in order not being received.

I WAS COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE. MY MUM PURCHASED A SIMILAR CHARM FROM A LOCAL JEWELLERS AND IT WAS IN A BIGGER BOX BUT WITH TISSUE PAPER AND MASSIVE BOW AND WRAPPING. WHEN I RECEIVED MINE THE BOX WAS EMPTY WHICH INSTANTLY I PANICED THINKING IT WAS MISSING THEN I LATER DISCOVERED IT STAPLED TO THE INVOICE IN A PLASTIC BAG. THAT WAS £40 WORTH OF JEWELLERY JUST STAPLED IN A BAG!!!! MAYBE A BIT MORE TLC IN FUTURE WOULD BE APPRECIATED BY CUSTOMERS OR PERSONAL TOUCH REGARDS TRACY HOLLINSHEAD

Now placed four orders with JJ and well impressed with first order however this has been tainted now I've received three orders for gold nomination charms and received silver charms instead and over a week later still waiting for gold charms

The item I ordered was out of stock, there was no mention of this on the website that's why I ordered it. I was only informed a week later, not as soon as I ordered it

Poor delivery service. Requested next day delivery but it arrived late. Parcel apparently went from Hessle to depot in Birmingham instead of to required address 10 miles away. Suggest you don't use DPD again.
