Paid for next day delivery and my order took over a week to get to me. Was not impressed at all since the item was a gift. I contacted Joshua James twice and received nothing back - very poor customer service in my opinion. The only good thing was I really liked my item when it finally got to me. However received an email today saying "If you weren't happy with our service please let us know straight away - just reply to this email. If you are happy with our service, we'd be very grateful if you could leave us a quick review at: Joshua James page on Reviews.co.uk". I would reply to your email but you haven't replied to my last two so I thought I would put my review on the website to keep other people aware of the problem I have had.

Hi I am sorry for the delay you had in receiving your order, I have looked into this and we dispatched your order straight away, unfortunately the problem was with the courier. The delivery charge has been refunded back to you. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards Sam

Although ordered prior to Christmas with confirmed Christmas delivery the items have yet to arrive!!! I had to give my mother an IOU for her present! This is not the first delivery that has gone missing in our family, which is disappointing. Our delivery address information is correct.

I was less than happy when I received my bracelet and charms to find that they were not sent in a jewelery box like a traditional jewelers and the charms were lose. Not the best way to give a gift

Website good with free delivery excellent but packaged very poorly Should have been in a padded envelope at least thought it was junk mail?

Really disappointed. Have ordered significantly in the past and great service but been really let down this time. Placed an order for 7 charms. Sent email on the 7th Dec that order would be sent shortly but 2 charms out of stock. Rang to query email and was told that missing charms would be in on Thursday and with me my Monday 14th. Explained urgency as many of the charms were to be sent abroad for Christmas. Also asked after the blood group charms and told no longer made (then found these at Nomination counter in Westfields) Rang wed 16th - charms still not in stock and hadn't even sent those that were in stock!! Best part was the customer service who not even remotely apologetic. Off back to Westfields - I guess when it comes down to the crunch - one can't beat local service!M

The service was great snd i received my charm vety quickly. The chatm itself was if bery poor quality and im bitterly disappointed. For the same price i would hsve got a much better chatm but i have no time to return, will not order again from this website....

I've always been pleased with items from this company, but NOT so with this last item, "My Angel" it is soo small you can hardly make it out. I had my glasses on, so there is no way my friend will be able to read it? But of course this is one of the cheaper tiles.

Quick service with shipping items, but not such a quick turn around on returns and refunds..... I returned an item as a double order was sent even though an email was sent cancelling the original order. I was told it was an oversight as my email had not been picked up..... I was told my postage would be refunded, but because of the value of the items the post office said I needed to pay £6.55 to guarantee safe delivery to you, but you only paid me £2.03, so even though you missed my cancellation email I am out of pocket.......... Hi, We are sorry that the original email was missed. We usually advise people to send returns via recorded post as we cannot refund the special delivery cost. Recorded delivery is tracked so is sufficient for returns. Kind Regards

My ring has already discoloured the delivery was very poor and cost me more to find out where the parcel was by phoning them! Not happy!!

Hi, We are sorry to hear this has discoloured. We recommend that you purchase some silver cleaner for this or a polishing cloth. We also recommend you try to avoid your ring having contact with wwater, perfume and other potentially damaging substances. Kind Regards

I received the wrong item and when I emailed Joshua James I was told i needed to return the item via recorded delivery which I had to pay and they would send me out the correct item. I returned the item and had a refund

Really disappointed to be honest bought it for my sister for her birthday to find it had scuff marks all over the ear part but with my sister living in Australia she said send it to her anyway because of the thought that counts ,but for 17 pound I expected better quality

Hi Lisa, We are sorry to hear that the item was damaged, we do check all item before despatch. We would of been happy to replace this for you, if you had return it. If there is a Nikki Lissoni stock list near to where your sister is they may be able to replace this if she has proof of purchase.

I was happy with the product and price but I was disappointed that it was not delivered in official Nomination packaging with the gift box that it usually is, I bought this item as a gift and the recepitent then questioned if it was new and genuine nomination ????

I'm very upset - as a new and regular customer I was very happy with your service for my first 2 orders but I have still yet no recieved order 520477 on Tuesday the 7th of July. You said it would be 4-6 working days for you to order it in I have still not received it and I have called twice and felt your staff have been less than impressive in this situation. I bought it for my friends birthday on the 17th July which is now very overdue!! And nobody seems to care!! Charlotte Charlotte.needham@gmail.com

I wanted to like them, I really did. I had no problems with an order I placed in December - the item arrived quickly and was dealt with efficiently. But a recent order has been like water torture: their communications (or lack thereof) are shocking. A simple question - about poor service - takes days and at least three promptings to get any answer. Items that were shown on the website as being in stock and that would be despatched within 1-2 days just failed to appear - with no explanation. Then the constant exhausting chasing to find out where they were and what was going on. Such a shame but I can't see that I could put myself through this again - I'll have to find an alternative Trollbeads distributor.

I did not receive this order in the end I had to cancel I received a full refund .I found the person I was dealing with very unhelpful and not interested I kept getting told that it be in next weeks ,next week would come and still no order The order was for a birthday present and I had to source it elsewhere very disappointed Penny Williams
