“The item I ordered was delivered quickly but it was the wrong charm and as I had ordered it for my daughters birthday I was disappointed ! I have sent the charm back and waiting for a replacement.”

“I ordered two charms in one order. They were gifts for two different people. When they arrived there was only one box/tissue/sticker. I was surprised by this. So I emailed and was told this would be resolved and the missing items would be put in the post. A letter arrived very quickly, but only contained a box and tissue.... no sticker to fasten the box. Quite bad missing them on the first try. Terrible failing to correct it on the second. I know it is only a sticker but I am pretty disappointed with the service.”

“I selected the delivery which said 'receive on 14th March' and didn't receive it until 16th March. Would have returned it straight away if it wasn't a present.”

“I have ordered from joshua james before but was a bit dissappointed this time. i ordered two pandora charms for my daughters birthdays, they came in a small bag together which annoyed me as they could have been scratched, also i was sent the boxes seperately and one gift bag!!i had to then mess about putting the charms into the boxesd etc.......very dissapointed at the lack of customer care.”

“I made an order just over 2 weeks ago and it's only just arrived today. Open my order to find a pandora charm missing, it was a present for Mother's Day. Won't be back in stock for four weeks, so have had to have a refund and now stuck without a Mother's Day gift last minute! Not impressed!”

“Well I had high hopes for the company untill despite me specifically referencing how to to deliver the expensive ring I brought if I wasn't in, the ring was delivered in the opposite way I requested! Resulting in an expensive ring being left alone outside my house on the floor, asking to robbed! Luckily I my neighbour saw the package and brought it in!”

“I did not receive my item the next day, despite placing order well before the cut off time. So don't believe the next day delivery promise. When I queried this I didn't even receive an apology and was simply told it would arrive the following day.”

“was dissappointed as it clearly stated if i bought it when i did i would receive it the next day only i didnt receive it until 4 days later i wanted it for a gift and needed it fast so thats why i used ur site i wont be bothering again wasnt happy with the email i received . You should say order now u have so many hours to do it and it will come the next day . Its not true !”

“I ordered on a Saturday based on next day delivery and a free gift if spending over a certain amount. I was expecting the order therefore no later than the Tuesday. It didn't arrive. No answer by phone, no notification email and then conflicting communications with them on the Wednesday. Needless to say no items and no free gift as yet. I would not recommend JoshuaJames and will not be using them again.”

“Wrong item was sent, spent over 40 mins on the phone trying to get through to sort the issue out. Finally got through to a very unhelpful advisor. Will not purchase from here again.”

“Although my wife normally has ring size M+1/2 to fit her finger, this ring would not fit with the bead attached. The colour of the crystal bead looked more pink than silver and was disappointing. My surprise Christmas gift turned out to be a disappointment and I will have to return all items!”
