“First time I dealt with you was great, ordered on Tuesday night, was here by Friday. Second time I ordered not so much. Ordered on a Tuesday for a birthday present needed for Friday, then got an email the next day saying the charm had to be ordered from supplier which I understand but this wasn't mentioned when I placed the order which would have swayed my mind. Then I received an email on Saturday saying the order should be with me (day after I wanted it) and no order had been delivered. So overall not impressed.”

“Bought present for my daughter in law , Arrived item not in box , vision for item thrown in bag and lavender pandora just wrapped in receipt . Contacted Joshua James just got an apology , not good enough .Will not buy from here again”

“delivery very quick but I returned one item by recorded delivery. I had not received a refund two weeks later, the money had gone out of my pay pal so I rang company. Told that the person doing returns on maternity leave so very slow sorting returns, not very happy with this service, will think twice before ordering again.”

“I ordered a brown leather pandora bracelet and was sent a purple pandora leather bracelet. I paid to have it returned by recorded delivery to then receive an email to say that the brown bracelets were out if stock, so was refunded. The paperwork with the bracelet said brown. Had I been sent the right one in the 1st place I wouldn't have missed out when they became out of stock. Disappointed as I've ordered before from JJ without any problems.”

“Ordered a Kenneth Cole watch. The watch was packed loose in a jiffy bag. No box nothing to secure it or stop it moving around in the bag or prevent it being bashed during dispatch and postage.”

“Paid for next day delivery as it said on the count down clock on your web site "order in the next 3hours 24mins for next day delivery". I received my delivery 3days later on the Monday when my purchase was for a Mother's Day gift on the Sunday!! I won't be using this company again, all I ask is for a bit off reliability which this company doesn't give.”

“An unsuitable bracelet was delivered. This was returned and after waiting 4 weeks was told it was out of stock but new stock was due and the replacement would be despatched then. After a further 4 weeks I contacted yorseleves and was told there were difficulties with stock so I asked for a refund. This was a poor outcome.”

“Charms arrived quickly but I am still waiting for the tool. Customer services said it would be dispatched to me over 10 days ago. After several e mails this issue is still unresolved .”

“Very dissapointed with the packaging. Other on line suppliers provide actual pandora packaging, tissue paper ect. As was a present I neede to go out and buy gift bag. Will not buy again from this supplier”

“Item has not arrived. Is a joint birthday Mother's Day present and you won't attempt to resend until it's been 2 weeks. which is not really very helpfull considering we are travelling to visit family and will not have the gift to give.”

“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong Nomination charm which I had ordered for my daughter's birthday. I phoned your customer care department who were very helpful. I reordered the charm over the phone and was told I would be refunded both the cost of the charm sent in error and my postage. I did receive the replacement and a refund for the one sent in error but have not been refunded my postage. This is somewhat disappointing.”

“I wanted this item as a present it came with a small pandora envelope which looked shoddy if you go to the pandora shop online for the same money you get a envelope certificate and carrier all with the pandora label on which looks like a quality item. I have to say I was embarrised to give this item.”

“The service wasn't as stated on the website, as my order took over a week to come which obviously wasn't within the 1-2 day delivery time. For that reason I would probably not use Joshua James again.”
