I have recently bought a crown/tiara style Thomas sabo charm I have only had the charm for a few weeks and the hook which hooks onto the bracelet has broken and will no longer attach.

The item was brought as a gift for valentines and I had high hopes as it cost a lot of money. I am away with work so this gift would of meant a great deal to my wife. However the item was broken when she received it and now the setimnet has been lost

II ordered 2 Pandora silver charms which were shipped in a jiffy bag, but the cardboard gift bags and the gift bag itself were damaged in transit due to them being packed in a jiffy bag, they had been bent and crushed by Royal Mail. A jiffy bag is very poor protection for the goods. I also ordered some Pandora goods for Christmas and one was out of stock but I was sent an email stating it would be back in stock again in January, I decided that would be ok as I could use it as a Valentines Day gift, I had to chase up the item as you failed to be proactive in contacting me. I was still informed by Sarah that it was out of stock with no date given for its return to stock, I requested a refund but felt the communication sent was very lacking in customer care. (The bag charm is still out of stock with our supplier at the moment They are trying to get this item back into stock as soon as possible We do apologise about the delay on your order). Sarah, That tells me nothing at all really as ASAP could be days, weeks or months therefore please arrange to have the £35 credited back to my card and confirm when this has been done. As the customer I should not be chasing up my order Joshua James should be proactive and keep me informed of its status, can't honestly say I am impressed with your Customer Service particularly given the current economic climate which continues to affect all forms of retailing, you didn’t even address me by my name on your email, that alone speaks volumes. Next day delivery didn't arrive. It may have been the courier to blame but staff were not very helpful and it was left for me to suggest that the postage was refunded. They promised to call me back to update me the day following the non delivery but no one called.

Delivery of my order was excellent, however their returns leave a lot to be desired.sent something back over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the replacement. Can't seem to get an answer to my latest email either.

I have always been pleased with your service in the past, however this time I placed an order for 2 charms. One arrived within 2 days...great! There was a note inside to say the other would follow, but no indication as to when and no email communication. It has now been over 1 week since the delivery of the 1st charm and nothing! I have emailed but was just told that the supplier had run out and it would be atleast another week, I am now late providing this charm as a gift, and byt the time I receive it it will be over 2 weeks late. I am obviously very disappointed. Melissa

Very poor packaging/presentation. Just a small black pouch. No box or ribbon as is the norm for "Links of London". Disappointing.

Still not received my item which I bought for a present not happy as now may need to go and buy something else very disappointed as this present was requested by them was not made aware until recently that delivery was 14 days

I ordered 2 pandora charms of the same kind, I paid for 2 but only received 1. I have sent 2 emails to Joshua James but no reply. I'm very disappointed and now have no choice but to dispute this through paypal which was my method if payment. On the plus side The product was lovely and delivery was quick.

TOTALY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED.I ORDERED A BRACELET ON THE 19th DEC WITH FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY,IT DID NOT, ARRIVE I TRIED TO RING THE ENQUIRIES NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE NEXT 4 DAYS AND GOT NO ANSWER,I ALSO EMAILED BUT GOT NO REPLY, MY ORDER FINALLY ARRIVED AT 1200 ON CHRISTMAS EVE.WHICH UNFORTUNATELY WAS TO LATE FOR THE CHRISTMAS PRESENT AS THE PERSON IT WAS FOR LIVES IN A DIFFERENT TOWN AND I HAD ALREADY BEEN THERE OVER THE WEEKEND.OBVIOUSLY I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Received the wrong item and then had to post the item back to Joshua James and still no original item - item is now 3 days after Xmas so I am very disappointed!

ordered an item on 15th of dec. Apparently despatched 15th and delivered 6th. On 23 told by joshuajames that dpd courier never picked it up. Then told something completely different: item not in stock. Forced to buy alternative on xmas eve. Spoilt loved ones xmas!!

Have used JJ previously without issue, however on this occasion my order was firstly supplied incorrectly and I have now been waiting a week for the correct item to arrive, in fact I made the decision to give the first item as the gift as I want at all sure I was ever going to get the one I ordered. This review is based solely on this transaction as all previous purchases have been spot on, I appreciate mistakes happen, it's how swiftly it's dealt with that makes the difference.
