I had ordered I nomination bracelet and a charm as a present and only revived two flat boxes as this was a gift not really acceptable no sticker to stick box lid down and no nomination tissue as I have bought nomination gifts before and know what they normally shoyld come with!!!

I ordered some earrings for a gift. They were advertised as coming in a Joshua James gift box. When they arrived they came without a gift box but with a organza black bag in instead. It looked and felt cheap. I would have returned if I had time to buy an alternative gift. I'm not sure I would purchase from Joshua James again. I have given 1 star for the super fast delivery and 1 star because the earrings were really pretty- just let down by the presentation.

Disappointed that you allowed me to order and pay for an item that is out of stock, nearly a week on and no indication of when it will be available and I am going on holiday tomorrow, I wanted he necklace for my trip

I ordered a pair of ear rings (WEB747638) and realised when they arrived that they were not what I expected. I haven't opened any of the packaging & emailed the customer service team on 25th August to ask if they would accept a return. I am still waiting for a reply & so was surprised to receive a request for a review.

Never answer the phone. Was told item in stock and it was not was told delivery 7 to 10 days had to email them as had no correspondance from them regarding awaiting stock item was told via email if stock not arrived today ring and change order or money back but they dont answer the phone very poor service

I ordered nearly £100 of jewellery and the money was taken from my account. The website was showing all items in stock (and still is) yet I am still waiting for 3 items to be delivered and have been for 12 days now. After a phone call to yourselves I was sent some of my items and was told that the others were out of stock and would be about a week. Not a problem you kindly sent me the items that were in stock as they were a gift for my daughter. I am now trying to find out about my other items and all I get is an engaged tone when I try to ring. In fairness the items I have received are absolutely what we wanted but poor effort on the remainder of my items which like I said I have paid for.

Unfortunately despite the 4 items I ordered being described as "in stock", only 2 arrived, the remaining 2 however were described as being on order from suppliers. Even so my bank account was debited for the full amount. I am not overly impressed.

Ordered a ring with free first class delivery. It took 7 days, after the dispatch notification email to arrive. Unhelpful and unresponsive customer service team did not help the situation. I almost raised a claim on PayPal but the day after calling them to complain it arrived via 24hr post. Will never shop with his retailer again. Ring was nice though ;)

The troll bean was lovely when I eventually received it. My reason for giving it the rating of poor is that I ordered it on 10th July and received an email from you on 11th to say it had been despatched 1st Class Royal Mail on you site it suggest 2-3 days delivery. On 19th July I received an eamail asking me to write a revue. As I had not received this item I rang your customer services to ask why I had not received this. I was told it could take up to 14 days and I explained It was a present for my daughters birthday on 21st. She said it would turn up but couldn't chase it until 14 days. I think you should have offered to send me another and then I return the original if/when it arrived. But no she said I could reorder another one and then return the original when it arrived. I did not think this was satisfactory as it was hardly my fault and I would have had to pay twice, so I left it. It actually did arrive on the afternoon of my daughters birthday 21st. She had to wait until the following day to receive it. If I had known this at the outset I would have paid extra for next day delivery. Therefore not good customer service!

So far I'm very disappointed with yr service. Nearly 2 weeks after ordering Trollbeads they still have not been received. I was told they had been despatched on the 13th of July but when l telephoned on 2 occasions l was given different reasons for not receiving them. I think l would have doubts about buying from you again & certainly couldn't recommend yr service.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have ordered only to find out the day before it is due to be delivered that there is no stock and is delayed 3-5 days and in so missing the birthday date these items are intended for

Ordered 2 nomination charms which were both identified as in stock. One charm arrived quickly with no mention of the second charm although payment was made for them both at the same time. A message was sent to JJ online to query the second charm. An automatic response was received but no actual reply to my query. An email was received 3 days after my query to say that the charm had been despatched so hopefully it will arrive in the next day or so. Communication would have been appreciated to say that you were awaiting stock and would be informed once it was despatched.

I've always purchased gift vouchers from Joshua James and find them a great company. However recently when trying to purchase the gift vouchers(which I've always bought as e vouchers), they've changed their system so now if buying a gift voucher, all you get is a code. The only thing to print off is a single typed line with a code. Not the best gift presentation. So, sadly I cancelled my order and from chatting to them, they don't do postal vouchers either. I was told they would see if there something they could send out. So the only way I can now purchase from them is if I know the exact item my family members want. Such a shame. I'm not knocking JJ as a jeweller, simply their technology which may be good for them but is not customer friendly.

Hi Jean Thank you for your review. What happens with our evouchers now is that they are emailed direct to the recipient this is as a nicely presented voucher and not just one line of text. I hope this helps Kind Regards Joshua James Team

You took my order and my money 11 days ago on an item you knew was not in stock. Still waiting. All very well sending emails saying you are waiting on stock, but you should not have taken my money, giving me the option to shop elsewhere as it is for an 18th birthday.

I ordered a charm on Saturday 1st April and as yet I still have not received this and I am unable to track my parcels status as I have not been provided with a tracking number.

Ordered some items 2 weeks ago, a couple of items were for my Mam for Mother's Day, paid for next day delivery, received a text saying my order was going to be delivered 4 days later, after phoning up, I was told if I wanted it the next day I would have to select a certain day which would of cost me extra money again! I tried to explain that I wanted it next day which is why I paid for next day delivery. So it cost me almost £5 to have it delivered on a day that would of cost me nothing had I selected free delivery!! Bracelet was fine although the charms I ordered were all joined together but were for different people so had to sit and detach them..
