Still not received my items they said one was not in stock but why haven’t they sent the others out... they said it’d be in by yesterday and I’ve heard nothing about a dispatch wish I just went in the shop and bought them.

I would never usually shop for jewellery on line however due to spending a long stay in hospital I gave it a try. The online shopping process was fine and the products arrived on time, however there were no Nomination gift bags as there would be if I purchased in the shop and one of the links was incorrect. I tried to call the contact number for two days and just got an engaged tone no matter what time I called. I then sent and email to request that someone contacted me, I got the call back two days later. I was then told that I would have to print off a returns code and go through the inconvenience of making my way to a designated drop off point and was also told they will not release the correct item until they have received my return. All in all a real poor experience.

I thought the company would have shared the cost of purchasing a charm tool I had to buy because they sent my items joined...... they were for different people. Which ended costing me more money and a tool I didn’ want.

When I ordered three charms nowhere did it state they were out of stock. On,y after ordering and paying for the items was I told one or more of the items were out of stock. I personally think customers should be told at the point of ordering whether the items are in stock or not. Thankfully they have now been dispatched so I will receive them in time, however this is about two weeks after ordering. I will not be using this site again.

ordered a nomination charm for my niece's xmas present, once received the charm vas faulty as the 'C' in 'Niece' was not clear and looked more like an 'I'.. caused hassle having to return it and order from elsewhere. probably wouldn't purchase from here again. the item should have been checked before sending away.

I have order from this site a few times to buy Nominations charms. Everytime I have placed an order there is a problem. All or some of the items a not in stock and I have had to wait for a delivery to Joshua James. Should not advertise to be able to order if they are awaiting stock.

Well still not received the item a week later which was for a birthday on Thursday I can’t really give a positive review

Says items on stock when not, never get enough boxed for the amount off items delivered, and you dont get a gift box for any items, so your disappointing especially if giving an expensive gift on a small envelope the box( the small card one that holds the charm) so not too impressed to be honest 😥😥

Always been brilliant till recently I ordered charms for my mums birthday, received a email to say it had been dispatched, a week later still nothing I emailed yourself and the reply was were sorry i shouldn’t have received an email due to the product being out of stock. I could have a refund or select a different one! This is no help to me when my mums birthday was 2 days after!! Now Two weeks later and still nothing.

Whilst I was pleased with the quality of the goods & the packaging , I think Joshua James needs to look into ordering / through to delivery & other delays . On the day I was expecting the item(s) i was Emailed, to inform me the item was out of stock - i immediately phoned & found the main item & one of the charms was in stock , one of the charms was expected at the end of the week . I called for an update on the missing charm the following week - I was told there had been further delays due to the Italians having a bank holiday that Joshua James wasn't aware of - twaddle you must have been dealing with Italian Suppliers for years - the golden rule in customer care / service is don't blame others, firstly it comes across as a lame excuse but is more probably some sort of lie to cover your failure. Most importantly is to understand your customer expectations . 1) with Jewellery the retailer should always take the view that the customer is ordering something for a present, it is absolutely essential that delivery dates are realistic and if their is some sort of delay - contact the customer ASAP let them know what the issue is and be ready with alternative suggestions. 2) Do not let you actions, or inaction's result in the customer chasing you 3) The internet is a huge market - aim to be one of the leaders - not someone catching up

Would not recommend this lets you order out of stock products and once paid sends a emaila few days later saying awaiting stock !!

This is the second time in 6 months I have ordered and it didn’t arrive has requested. I paid for next day delivery and then next day received an email to say link out of stock and received it a week later. This was no good has ordered for a gift so when ordered it should of said this link is out of stock and I’d have ordered another link. NOT impressed.

It’s great when the products finally get to you! I’ve ordered from Joshua James numerous times now for nomination charms and every time it says on each product page “Availability: in stock” and “dispatched 1-2 days” This is a lie! As after order confirmation I then get another email to say awaiting stock... I called them to follow up on this as I needed them in a hurry and the woman didnt seem to care about the fact the website states it says they’re all in stock instead of awaiting stock - instead she tried to sell me a more expensive variation of one of the charms I had ordered as they had that one in stock. Supposedly. Terrible customer service!

quick delivery but bangle was too small and it was disappointing Joshua James do not offer to cover postage and packing for exchange or refunds which made the purchase more expensive overall.

Ordered a nomination charm for my Goddaughters 13th birthday and I must say I was highly disappointed with it when it arrived in a small plastic bag! for the price you pay you expect to at least get it gift boxed I was embarrassed to say the least it did not look genuine and made the product look cheap!

Still waiting for my Nomination charms. Only once I had paid did I receive an email saying they were waiting for stock. I could have gone elsewhere if they had been upfront. Won’t use them again. I now need to go shopping today for another gift for tomorrow.

Placed order which said item was in stock then had email saying they had to wait for stock from supplier. Still have not received my order a week later pretty disappointed
