“Made a return of a faulty item several weeks ago. I have proof that they received the item, however i have not received my refund or any contact for that matter. I have emailed several times with no reply and tried to call several times with no answer. Will be taking the matter futher. But i deffinately would not recommend anyone using this company.”

“I ordered this on the 13th of december. i have emailed you already telling you that i still have not recieved the nomination i ordered. and you replied saying you would get back to me, its been over a week now, and no reply. can you please let me know what on earth is going on? i have had 2 emails telling me to review your services now, as if my parcel had been delivered. honestly, just very frustrating, please get back to me @ copelandryan10@gmail.com”

“Poor customer service!! Goods not received!! No one contacted me back !! False advertising!!!Ordered items for Christmas, on 18th December as advertised on the website all goods shipped with 24 hours Royal Mail service, so assumed they would arrive in time . No goods by 22 nd so phoned the contact number given the lady on who answered the phone said goods were In stock just not dispatched yet ?? , recurved a dispatch email on 23 rd saying they would indeed be using 24 hr Royal Mail delivery . So today is 29 th and I am still yet to receive these items!?? I have phoned and emailed with no reply. I will never use this company again,terrible customer service!!”

“I PAID ON 3RD DEC AND WAS ADVISED MY ITEMS WAS DISPATCHED 13TH STILL NOT RECIEVED. WONT REPLY TO EMAIL WONT ANSWER CALLS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE LEFT MANY PPL WITHOUT THERE GIFTS AT XMAS CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE.”

“Not yet received my purchase even though I paid for next day delivery on the 20th of December. DPD have lost the item and when I spoke to them their concern and service was well below par... I was advised that I have to wait for up to 35 working days for the investigation.”

“Appalling to receive my charm in a plastic ziplock bag rather than a proper box! Had to go out and purchase a box to be able to give as a gift!! It was stapled to the back o the order form and I almost didn't even realise it was there and binned it!”

“Ordered for Christmas, no despatch email, no order, no reply to 4 emails,numerous phone calls ( just rings) now have a refund pending from PayPal. Luckily I ordered from a different company after this and received in time and used PayPal. Shocking service.”

“My order said in stock only to receive an email later to say awaiting stock. Now Christmas Eve and the post has been so I guess my granddaughter will not be getting her Christmas present. Nobody answering the phone. Could have bought elsewhere but as I have used you before without a problem thought it would be fine but obviously not. Not very happy”

“My first order arrived within timescale. Still awaiting my second order. Sent umpteen emails. Tried to phone many times no on answers and now the phone appears unresponsive! I wanted the gifts for Christmas. They emailed several days after order that they were awaiting goods from their supplier, however you are still able to order online. I do not normally leave feedback but am extremely unhappy at the customer service. Wish Id read emails as I would have ordered elsewhere”

“Have not received my item and have sent 2 emails to your company to enquiry about this, both with no reply. Have tried to phone on multiple occasions and it rings out. Have ordered from yourselves many times before and have no issues. It’s has been over 1 week since I sent the first email on your “Help” page with no response.”
