“Jotta has informed me several times over the years that the logging/reporting function will be improved, but nothing has happened. It is still as difficult to use as it has always been.
I want to be able to check which files that have been copied over to your side, and which files that have been removed. This data are already available on the client in the almost unreadable logfile, so why don't you make a parser to make it readable? Since most of this can take place in the client side, I really don't understand why you don't fix it.”

“I rely on Jottacloud to access files from my computer whenever I'm away. I can store photos in Jottacloud, and then access them on my storage-challenged tablet as if I had them all right there. I also like knowing that there is a backup of everything in Jottacloud should I ever need it.”
“The core of you product, backing stuff up and syncing files to the cloud, works perfectly. It's super fast, it's really easy to access my images from my iPhone or other Macs.
There is some room for improvement however.
1. Your desktop app leaves a bit to be desired. I suggest you hire a service designer and UX/UI designer to fix it.
2. A minor peeve: when browsing my backups from my iPhone, I can only search for files, not folders. Also, I would like to see where the files that I find by searching are in the directory structure.”
“I lack much experience with comparable services (I still use Dropbox, and was using Genie9 to backup my laptop at work) so please take in account this too, especially because I went for Genie9 because they provided local backup, similar to what Apple does with Time Machine.
Jottacloud works fine for me, and has already saved some important stuff for me in the current year.”
