“The product is OK at the price. It offers plenty of space at an agreable price and support MFA with.SMS. For me it lacks two features to be good: To be able to share documents with other JC users, with read and write permissions. And a Linux client.”
“Jottacloud is a good cloud backup provider. Although understandable, the only thing missing is an unlimited speed at uploads, even after several TB of data. But customer service is good, price is acceptable for that service, and restoring backup is really easy to do.”

In probably three or four yearly feedback surveys I expressed my desire for the ability to playback audio files from with the app/web interface, and this was never implemented. Movie files would play back audio, but audio files couldn't play back audio...as a music producer who relies on cloud storage for my work, sharing previews of mixes, demos, etc. is essential, and not being able to preview audio from a folder was a dealbreaker for me.”

When doing the price increases, we have tried our best to do it so that the pricing is still competitive and low, compared to other services. However, we understand that you might want to explore other providers. We do hope to see you back someday, though!
