“I am very happy with my order. It seems like JoySwag is a small shop, and I strongly encourage everyone to support this company and other small shops. Remember that their delivery speed is slower that those monoliths out there, so just be patient. I guess the delay was due to the horrid winter weather in January 2021.”

“There was a problem with shipping for some reason in the beginning. 15 days after i put the order through, my item wasn't shipped. I emailed joyswag about it. Henry Garcia emailed back a day later apologizing and reshipped my item. Told me to contact him again if anymore problems occur. A week later my item arrived. It was what i ordered and was in new condition. I ordered Seiko srn056. Overall I'm satisfied with the company and very satisfied with my watch. And thank you again Henry Garcia for your assistance.”

“Quality of product and prices are great but they do not fill orders quickly so be prepared to wait. Ordered a watch on 2/5, received update on 2/10 that order was filled but did not receive package until 2/18. Apparently they are using UPS with USPS handoff for the final delivery.”

“Despite what everybody has been saying about Joyswag my experience was okay. I ordered my product from America and was able to track it through the tracking website. It arrived a couple of days late but that was expected seeing as it was coming from America to the UK. I would use them again.”
