This price was too much for the low-quality copy sunglasses.. :( I ordered before from here original one at a similar price

Ordered 2 frames first online in January 25th, no sign of delivery even after 3 weeks. The amount of time I have spent on follow up is completely unreasonable. I requested for refund, which is also taking time. The only reason I am happy to give one star is that customer service is constantly willing to help, but with no resolution whatsoever and constantly missing all their ETAs for resolution. ****************************************** Updating the rating to 2 stars since customer care was very helpful to issue a partial refund for one item which could not be delivered. I had to escalate this through PayPal in order to have a resolution of this case.

Not junk but not far from it. Taking it all to a donation center. A friend and I both purchased Exact same except she got a misquote refill for a product we have never heard of. And a watch. Out of both boxes the watch is the only thing worth keeping. What a waste of $30

Joyswag sent two incorrect items. When I asked via email for them to correct this mistake, I was ignored. Be careful with this company. Since then, joyswag has pled with me to edit this review. While I still have the two incorrect items, I've received a tiny partial refund in return for an updated review. What this company fails to realize is that the product was more important to me than the discount. I would much prefer to have exactly what I ordered than a $5 refund. But given their persistent, I've raised my rating of them from one star to two. Lesson learned here, If you are interested in a partial refund give them a low review and wait for that email. Good day.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses , only received one (their great), I have tried to get an answer why I didn’t receive the 2nd pair that I payed for, for over a week. And, all that I keep getting told is we’ll look in to it.
