“My items hasn't arrived yet. Its been nearly 4 weeks as its being shipped to Scotland. However I paid alot for shipping and I would of been faster booking a flight and getting it myself. Hopefully parcel is in a good condition.”

“I ordered this item weeks ago. Got a "it's been shipped" email with a link to the tracking number. The tracking number only states that you 'CREATED A SHIPPING LABEL" back on 9/30, but it's still not yet even be received by the postal company to ship. What does that mean??? Is there a delay??? This lack of communication and inaccuracy in telling me it's been "shipped" has negatively impacted my trust in your company. I still have no idea when I can even "expect" to receive my order. And I seriously doubt I'll hear anything from this review. UPDATE. I never did receive my order. According to the Postal Service, "the vendor created the shipping label" but the item was "never delivered for shipment". JoySwag has offered to refund my purchase. Since I never got the item, I expected that would be the case but at least it didn't take a fight and they did return my email request.”

“I ordered boxes for myself and my daughters. My box was acceptable, not as good as last time, but my daughters was horrible. She stated the lighters were broke, the jewelry box was empty, the sun glasses and hat were child size. The only thing she like was the coffee.”

“Not sure why anyone would need 20 small make up brush/applicators...a couple (or 5) would suffice. Most other things are ok, slightly disappointed as I was thinking it was more beauty/jewelry products rather than clothes/hat/sunglasses.”

“Update: after reaching out to JoySwag, they promptly refunded my purchase. I appreciate such a quick and courteous response. I have yet to receive my items even though a shipping label was created in 8/4! Delivery was supposed to be on 8/13 and it’s not here, no update on shipping etc.”

“TheMargaritaville 100% Cotton Tropical Woven Boxer - Assorted Styles were priced well and delivered timely as promised. I was however disappointed in that I received 6 boxes of the boxers with the same 4 print designs in each and every box. The pics on the web site clearly show multiple boxes with different boxer print designs in each box and I expected to receive some diversity among the boxes ordered. But all 6 boxes contained 4 pairs of boxers, all of the same 4 print designs.”

“I am pleased with the steak knives I received but I was shorted 2 of the 6 knives I ordered. It took me almost 3 months for Joyswag to agree to ship me the other 2 knives. They repeated to offer me 2 knives of a different color but I needed the black knives I originally ordered. Again, I love the knives but the customer service was definitely lacking. I have now, June 3rd, received all 6 knives I originally ordered in March. I would have given a 5 star rating.had I received the product in a timely manner.”

“Love the pocket watch, but when my husband opened it up for Christmas, it wasn't working. I sent an email asking for help, never heard back ( but still sends me emails on other products) Turns out it needed a battery, even though Walmart wouldn't even look at it ( bought it through Walmart.com) Was very upset that I couldn't get any help with this matter. I took it to a jewelry store and finally got it to work. Loved the pocket watch, customer service, not so much.”

“My first order was supposed to be free postage but when the watches arrived here at my home I had to pay the mailman $2.65. I have not heard from Walmart about a refund for the postage. It was supposed to be free, however the second order was free I did not have to pay anything but someone owes me $2.65.”
