“The driver never turned up with my daughter in law's food the driver phoned her when she tried to phone him back he had blocked her number she will never use just eat again plus her poor kids had to go with out there lunch because there driver didn't know where to go even though she told him on the phone where to go”

“Just ordered from Greg's. One item was missing so phoned customer service. Was told that I would need to reorder and pay the associated charges and that I would get a credit note for the missing items rather than a refund. 20 minutes on the phone with someone who's role was purely to wind up. Will never use again.”

“I ordered from Greggs Hawk Brae, Livingston Scotland Order Number 1128231379 I was patiently waiting on my order allowing extra time as the roads and streets have been bad with the snow. I log back onto my Just Eat account only to find out that the lying driver has stated that the items were delivered already. I gave clear and detailed instructions but they decided to ignore them and just steal my money instead. I called up Greggs who informed me that they have no control over this and I was to contact Just Eat Directly, after carefully navigating through their automated responses... you know, opt 1 opt 2 nonsense I speak with a kind lady who did seem to empathies with my situation but informed me that not only will I not be getting my order I will have to wait 48 hours for this to be investigated. My mind was/ still is blown by this service. A food delivery company who work at fast pace deal with complaints and concerns in 48, while I'm out of pocket and still hungry. I have never in my life heard anything so ridiculous. We are consumers should be able to contact the drivers directly or track them like any other delivery service. I will never use Just Eat again and I would caution anyone using them too. What an absolute joke”

“Never even arrived through Just Eat delivery and was sent back to the restaurant. When we rang to try and work out the issue, KFC were incredibly unhelpful and said it was our responsibility to sort out with Just Eat?! Never got the food and Just Eat Customer service said we have to wait 48 hours to find out whether we even get a refund. Shame on you. Utterly appalling.”

“We have had the wrong food delivered more than once, today I had the wrong order delivered I wanted 2 full meals and a happy meal and desserts for my young family and only 1 happy meal with nothing else delivered for 30 pounds I received a 5 pound order I am disgusted and am making a complaint and very disappointed with McDonald's and just eat and the delivery guy nobody wanted to help and in a company like McDonald's and justeat I thought was terrible”

“Used Just eat for the first time, made me wait for 3 hours and then offered me cancellation!! Helpline representative not clued up, have no control over the restaurant or the delivery services. Will not recommend this service to anyone.”

“I'm currently seeking legal advise as one of your drivers delivered my food without a mask, I've been isolating since March and told them this on the notes and also called up to tell the restaurant, I've now caught covid and your driver is the only person I've had contact with, got in tough to warn justeat but wasn't interested, also the food that did arrive was an hour and half late, cold, hard and wrong.”

“Ordered and waited two hours. Website showed accepted, then driver waiting, and eventually delivered. So although very slow it seemed something was happening. Finally got through on phone to be told they were too busy and couldn’t fulfil the order, so cancelled. Disgraceful. Should not accept orders above capacity.”

“I had to report a delivery as not delivered even though their record shows it was delivered. They wouldnt give me my refund until it was 'investigated', got an email today to state that I would not get my money back because it was delivered on the system. No one called for my side of the story. I am very unhappy and will never use JustEat again. I will go to Ubereats which may be more expensive but much more reliable so worth it. Disappointed by the so called investigation and disappointed by the customer services.”

“Avoid Avoid Avoid we spent £50 on a meal from TGI through just eat ordered at 4.30pm to Be delivered at 5.30pm arrived after 6.30 an hour late and the whole meal stone cold 🥶 we held for ages, put on hold and cut off finally got hold of someone at 9pm and advised we would get a refund and they sent just £20 of the £50 - ignoring calls keep Cutting us off and no response from Emails either awful company don’t touch them”

“Order two hours late, cold, not fit for pigs. Restaurant admit fault but say go to Just for a refund. I even have emails from the restaurant and photos of the delivery, but Just Eat refuse to refund. Only interested in taking your money. No aftercare or customer service whatsoever. Total pack of thieves.”

“Ordered £20 worth of KFC through just eat, and it was delivered to the wrong address. I watched on the tracking system the driver go down the wrong road and deliver it to the wrong place. When I phoned up the first time I was put on hold for over an hour until the phone rang off. The second time I phone up the agent put the phone on mute and stopped replying to me. The third time (now over 2 days after the order was originally placed) I was told that I would have to wait 48 hours to receive an update from their investigation team. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told again I would have to wait 48 hours. In conclusion just eat took my money, didn’t deliver my food and is now refusing to give my money back.”

“Horrible experience with just eat, poor customer service, poor service, not to mention order never arrived, no refund or any kind apologies. Was told investigating will be 48 hours. I had to claim for refund via PayPal. Please don't waste your time with this corrupted company, they take ur money and no delivery.. Avoid avoid avoid avoid”

“My colleague just ordered from McDonald's Blake street York they took his money then refused to deliver to a college. And wouldn't refund his money .so I'm writing to warn people not to use just eat or McDonald's essential workers such as security officers should be able to get food delivered wherever we work . And to be ripped off and money taken and not refunded because they refuse to deliver is theft”

“well i ordered some sandwiches from subway on just eat the delivery driver never collected the order or even delivered it but marked this down as being delivered i phoned just eat and they did not even care just said they would pass to the relevant department and i wouold have an email with 48 hours so NO FOOD AND S~#T SERVICE FROM JUST EAT I WILL NOT USE AGAIN”
