“Most of the time things arrive on time but there was an order back in September 2020 that never showed up. Eventually a credit was issued but no discount or incentive to purchase again in the future was offered for my trouble. A little disappointing considering it took almost two months for a someone to tell me that my order was in fact not coming and a refund would be issued.”
“Ordered 3 different products that came in three different orders. The tracking on these orders was not updated and it was difficult to tell when the products would be delivered. Seems as if there was some confusion between the company and the respective couriers. Received everything I ordered eventually, but it seems as if there are some logistic problems that need to be ironed out.”
