“Well I would like to say that the customer service is not quick to respond to a issue and no one returned the phone calls that I had made. When the item had said 7 day shipping it was 9 days and when I called the courier they had no idea where the item was, I am hoping that this was a 1 time issue as I do like the things that are on the site.”

I have not taken the trouble to send them back but if the price drops, I think I should be entitled to price protection for at least 30 days.
