“I ordered medium size shirts and received 2XL. I contacted customer service by phone and email several times. I was finally told I would receive a return label and would ship the right size but never did either one. I contacted and complained several more times and got no answer so the absolute worse service. How would you feel and paying for product that is of no value. What you going to do about it this time?”
