“I messaged you because I never got a shipping confirmation email…no response..then it showed up the same day, so I let you know….no response to that either. Not great customer service in my opinion”
“What I received is not what I ordered. I ordered ... as my receipt shows ... a regular flex club but was sent a wflex club (!). I tired through Support to get a the correct club but was given an apology and told "A return label will be provided to ship back the incorrect merchandise." To date I still have not received a return label. Hence, I am dissatisfied and will have a hard time making future purchases. I hope this return label arrives soon and that I get refunded for this.”
“the order took almost a month to get and each time I wrote for an update it would go unanswered. Only one message was answered saying they will verify with the supplier and get back to me. Never heard back and was going to do a charge back on my credit card but then showed up. Very poor customer service and very long top receive item. I also placed an order back in January for some clubs and it was the same thing. took forever and after about 1.5 months I get an email saying they will refund my money because they cannot filll my order.”
“Sizes are very small. I know these are tight fit but. Ordered large on many other brands no problem..these were a small large. The white shirts is almost see through. Disappointed..”

“Products are fine and decent pricing but communication is awful, I wish i could give zero stars for this. I get that supplies might be an issue at this time, however lack of responses to emails, or sending a shipping label that still takes almost 2 weeks before its even active is poor customer service. I have since placed orders elsewhere due to the poor service, and communication.”
