“Dont expect any level of customer service. Tried calling 3 days in a row and no one picks up. Emailed with no one responding. My item shipped June 10 and said it would arrive June 11th, I didn’t receive item until June 18th and still they did not address my dissatisfaction of their lack of customer service.”
“I ordered 2 pair of golf shorts on June 7th. They were picked up by Canpar on June 18th. The order has never been delivered. I have contacted Just Golf Stuff and all they can say is the order has been shipped. I am still awaiting a response from Canpar. In the meantime I am out $80 and have no shorts.”

Emailed customer service at the email address outlined on their website, inquiring on how to exchange sizes…….zero reply. Emailed them another 3 times……with zero reply!! Called and left a voicemail for a call-back, nothing but crickets. Very disappointing.”
“Has a double zipper and the bottom one has nothing blocking it at the bottom, so if you unzip completely both zipper will fall off! I'll probably never wear it for fear of losing the zipper. Terrible purchase, don't bother with this cheap imitation!”
“The grips are not up to par. They are a double bogie +. The rubber is hard. The grips are two separate pieces of rubber glued together. My two year old grips are tackier than the grips I received from J”

“This was the worst product that I have ever bought. Great price but I couldn’t get my small head through the neck opening. Rather than pay the return freight, I gave it to my 13 year old grandson. Terrible product-garbage.”
“Garbage. Cheap. Had a huge scratch on one of them and because I never opened them as soon as I got them because I had just bought 2 of the Maxx ones from them also and using those, they will not return them or replace them.”
“This size was 9.5 but a U.S. size which is smaller than the Canadian size. This would fit a size 8 or 8.5 foot. I would need either a size 10.5 or size 11 U.S. size to fit my foot. I am disappointed that there are not easy guidelines for returning this item or exchange. I am trying to resell these shoes on-line but to to avail.”
