“I did not like the club so I went to return it and the shipping cost was half the cost of the club, return shipping should be on the vendor not the purchaser? Not worth returning”
“Made my order and have waited about a 3 weeks and havent received my golf cart and the tracking doesnt have any information. I emailed a couple of times with no response and then I got an email asking how I like my purchase. Would suggest ordering somewhere else, where things come in a timely mannor, or at least you get an update on the status.”
“The company sent the wrong size. Now I have to do all the running around to return the product. Your company has made no effort to demonstrate their commitment to ensure quality customer service. Some form of retribution should have been made. Ie gift card, discount on future purchases. So I will do all the running around to return the product to you and that will be the last time I deal with this company.”

“I bought a size 36 waist and they would not fit, so I offered to a friend who is smaller than me and he could not fit into these.
I believe the sizing is wrong on these shorts so i would like a new pair sent or my money back.”
“Just Golf specialises in selling cheap Chinese produced knockoff goods that are designed to break so you have to buy again. However, you have fooled me once... not again. I doubt this review will make it to the public but what can you expect from a company that has a 300% markup on poor quality products.”
“This product doesn’t have much power and the cap fell off the bottom after very limited use (about 2 months - used maybe 6 times) Couldn’t return it to Just Golf Stuff. They said to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately, no manufacturer name on the product anywhere!”

“I ordered a rain jacket on July 2nd. I received a golf shirt. I told customer service about the problem and they told me to return the golf shirt before they would ship the golf jacket. I returned the shirt the next day and was told that the jackets were sold out. Wasted my time and yours instead of being honest about my order in the first place. this is the second time an order has been sold out on me but you still take the money. you said you refunded my money on July 22. As of July 26 I haven't received my refund. I doubt I will be buying anything else from you.
