I never received this item. This item was charged on my credit card but I did not receive it. Customer service said Canada post delivered it but I never received it. No way to prove either way. Would not recommend. Too risky.

Absolutely the worst shipping that I’ve had. I can not describe any other issues because still indicates “ Shipped “ but never received.

Ordered a BLACK belt. 3 weeks later I recieve a GREY one! Having a difficult time returning.

Received only half my order. Have called and left a message with them four times over 1 1/2 weeks still no reply. No customer what so ever.

Used the net twice, hit less than a dozen balls. The pole connectors broke in 2 places. Also the net is very small. I wouldn't recommend this purchase.

They sent me the completely wrong order and wouldn't do anything to fix the mistake.

Would really like to give you a review but I never did receive it. I now have to check whether or not you charge me for it on my visa Bill. So if you could please find out what went wrong and let me know I would really appreciate it.

Half price for a pristine golf ball when there are often specials for cheaper for a new ball I will not ever be ordering again to be duked by your company

I have spent a 3 weeks, 5+ phone calls and 2 emails trying to return merchandize that did not fit. The lack of response and incorrect information (wrong return shipping label) is TERRIBLE!!!

I placed an order for a product and received an email in a couple days that my order had shipped and I was supplied a tracking number. I used the tracking number to check on the progress of my shipment for 5 days in a row and the status of my shipment never changed. This went on for two weeks before I decided to contact Just Golf Stuff and request an update on my order. Only after I contacted them did they tell me they didn't have the product I ordered and issued me a full refund. Very disappointing transaction for a first time purchaser.

I ordered two pairs of golf shorts size 36 and got one pair in a 36 and one pair in a 30. Unfortunately the one pair that I could try on were shaped for perhaps a younger slimmer person as they came only to my hips and no room in the crouch. I had to pay the cost of return which came to $17.32 !!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed as I phoned and Emailed your company at least five times and never got a call back. Perhaps maybe now I will?

I did not receive this shirt that I ordered. Sent me wrong one and are now out of stock. I was really looking forward to this one. But was let down

Customer service is non existent. I emailed to follow up 3 times on email, and left 2 voicemails. They do not answer their phones, and the reason for my reaching out was the shirt took over 3 weeks to deliver with no shipping updates.

I ordered these three weeks ago, and I haven’t received them. In fact, they haven’t even been shipped yet. I have left 2 phone messages and sent 3 emails, resulting in one reply almost two weeks ago merely stating that they would look into it.

Read your return policy after I had used the Golf Buddy 2 a couple of times and realized that I'm stuck with a poor quality product.

I’m very disappointed with the company and the quality of the products you sell. I recently purchased 2 pr of golf pants and the inseam unraveled on one pr. When I contacted your site. It was cold, quiet frank, and dismissive. The gist of it was, nah we just sell them to you. If there’s a problem you have to deal with the manufacturer. Out the door, no responsibility just a somewhat polite message telling me not to bother you with such details. I’ve written about your lack of commitment and ghosting both on twitter & Instagram. There is zero warranty once the product has been delivered. I’ll spread the word about your terrible service as best I can. I’m committed to never using this web site again till you stand behind the products you sell. It’s not quite grifting but as close as you get without actually breaking any rules.
