Customer service is non existent. I emailed to follow up 3 times on email, and left 2 voicemails. They do not answer their phones, and the reason for my reaching out was the shirt took over 3 weeks to deliver with no shipping updates.

I ordered these three weeks ago, and I haven’t received them. In fact, they haven’t even been shipped yet. I have left 2 phone messages and sent 3 emails, resulting in one reply almost two weeks ago merely stating that they would look into it.

Read your return policy after I had used the Golf Buddy 2 a couple of times and realized that I'm stuck with a poor quality product.

I’m very disappointed with the company and the quality of the products you sell. I recently purchased 2 pr of golf pants and the inseam unraveled on one pr. When I contacted your site. It was cold, quiet frank, and dismissive. The gist of it was, nah we just sell them to you. If there’s a problem you have to deal with the manufacturer. Out the door, no responsibility just a somewhat polite message telling me not to bother you with such details. I’ve written about your lack of commitment and ghosting both on twitter & Instagram. There is zero warranty once the product has been delivered. I’ll spread the word about your terrible service as best I can. I’m committed to never using this web site again till you stand behind the products you sell. It’s not quite grifting but as close as you get without actually breaking any rules.

I never received this. Still waiting 3 weeks after I ordered. Called service. Emailed. Nothing. No response.

My order was NOT fulfilled and completed as expected. I did receive the Adidas Climaproof Jacket as expected, but DID NOT receive the accompanying umbrella. The box which was suppose to contain the umbrella was empty and appeared to have been resealed to make it look like it was unopened. I immediately called customer service only to have my call go unanswered. I made further calls on numerous occasions yet they went unanswered. Finally, after one last attempt to call, I did receive a voice mail message which told me to list the reason for my call and any details. The message said that customer service would get back to me within 24 hours. That was just under a week ago and I am still waiting for their call. In addition, I made an online complaint through the website. The following quotation is part of the response I received, "Thank you for your email. Your request has been received. Your inquiry is being reviewed and a customer service agent will reply as soon as possible." I am still frustratingly waiting for a response from customer service. I have made numerous purchases from Just Golf Stuff in the past without any issues. I am however reluctant to make any more!! I could have purchased the Adidas Climaproof Jacket by itself for $30 less than what I paid for the combined price of the jacket and umbrella. I'm hoping that my issue may be rectified as soon as possible.

I purchased the golf pants from the website and they sent me the wrong size. After reaching out to them, they expected me to drive an hour to one of their drop off locations in order to return the pair of pants. Not impressed with the customer service and I was never issues a refund.

The returned product was sent regular mail in a small lightweight package across town - cost: $13.00. Not in a hurry to order again without a prepaid return label.

A week after I made the order, I received an email stating one of the items was out of stock. Since the deal was for two of these items, because I do not need two exactly the same I cancelled my order to get a refund.

Ordered shorts twice and still received the wrong colour. Gave me a $ 5.95 CREDIT..Wow very disappointed and noone returning my messages,, Have ordered quite a bit from here but that's about to change.

I have not yet received my purchase. I was notified that it was being shipped Aug 23/21. It has not been delivered and I have not received any further communication. I have ordered with Just Golf before and did not have this issue. I’m quite disappointed with this experience

Hi the price and quality was good but didn't get the head covers I wanted. 1 was incorrect out of 3.

I am thoroughly frustrated with this....ordered August 14th and have tracked ALL over Canada and still do not have it!!! Tried many times to contact and fix and still nothing!!! I'm done. I want my money back NOW

Did not fit. Was poor quality and looked deformed. The back waist bend popped out. Also had hard to time to contact your company about return and no one called back. Had finally drove down to return at Bathurst location.
