“Customer service is non existent. I emailed to follow up 3 times on email, and left 2 voicemails. They do not answer their phones, and the reason for my reaching out was the shirt took over 3 weeks to deliver with no shipping updates.”

“My order was NOT fulfilled and completed as expected.
I did receive the Adidas Climaproof Jacket as expected, but DID NOT receive the accompanying umbrella. The box which was suppose to contain the umbrella was empty and appeared to have been resealed to make it look like it was unopened.
I immediately called customer service only to have my call go unanswered. I made further calls on numerous occasions yet they went unanswered.
Finally, after one last attempt to call, I did receive a voice mail message which told me to list the reason for my call and any details. The message said that customer service would get back to me within 24 hours. That was just under a week ago and I am still waiting for their call.
In addition, I made an online complaint through the website.
The following quotation is part of the response I received,
"Thank you for your email. Your request has been received.
Your inquiry is being reviewed and a customer service agent will reply as soon as possible."
I am still frustratingly waiting for a response from customer service.
I have made numerous purchases from Just Golf Stuff in the past without any issues. I am however reluctant to make any more!!
I could have purchased the Adidas Climaproof Jacket by itself for $30 less than what I paid for the combined price of the jacket and umbrella.
