I have not received it yet I been calling for the last week and no one has gotten back to me lousy service the worst

The review of this range net product may be summarized as follows : 1. The post broke easily per instructions given. It said "put some tensions by bending " so that it can stay at anchor lug in place. 2. Anchor lug slips out from the post end hole easily and never able stay in position. 3. Top of the net is too weak. Almost impossible to tire up 2 cross post.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND 'Just Golf Stuff' for your purchases! Unfortunately, my package was never delivered; however, that is not the reason for the poor review. The courier company informed me that I needed to contact the vendor to resolve the issue. I forwarded a transcript of the conversation with the courier company to ‘Just Golf Stuff’ for their information and to assist with a resolution to the issue. The lack of response from ‘Just Golf Stuff’ is what has derived my poor review and warning to potential customers. I have emailed once a week for the last four weeks; since the lack of delivery on November 4th when the delivery company told me to contact the vendor. The only response was after the third email on November 19th that told me I would hear something by the end of that day. It has now been over two weeks since the response on November 19th, without any resolution or further contact from ‘Just Golf Stuff’. I have emailed two more times without a response and I have called twice; leaving messages, without any responses/callbacks. ‘Just Golf Stuff’ does not support their customers or provide any customer service. Update: On December 8th after my 5th email and 4th telephone call I received an email indicating that I would receive a full refund. I sent an email on December 9th asking when I could expect the refund. It is now January 2nd and I have not received a response from 'Just Golf Stuff' and I have not received the refund to my credit card. I am now coordinating with Visa to resolve this issue.

Good morning. my purchase never arrived. I have tried reaching out to the delivery service and nothing. I had a response from Just Golf Stuff saying they would look into it and have heard nothing back.

They sent me the wrong shirt. I had to bring it to a Canpar location 25 minutes away in order to send it back and get my refund. Which is still have not received. And I was told I have to re order the shirt I wanted. Terrible customer service

Just golf stuff has severely disappointed me. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my first order from them and from the moment my package arrived it was downhill. The product was broken within minutes of using it. They said they would fully refund my purchase price. I sent the item back over a month ago and have not been reimbursed. I've tried calling and leaving messages for them to get back to me but have not heard a word. The online support staff has not returned my emails.

The inside liner was torn, the draw string broke first time in use. Didnt get much assistance with return or replacement by adidas or golf stuff and have not worn it once.

I have not received the sweater that I ordered as of today, Nov. 2. It has been approximately 1 month since I made my order. I received an e-mail about 3 weeks ago saying that the package was shipped out, however as I just mentioned I did not receive the item; it was not delivered. Please look into this matter for me.
