“Service from your company is horrendous. I ordered KN95 Masks on December 20th, 2021 was immediately billed and was given a December 26th delivery date. Nothing had arrived by January 6th, 2022. I placed 3 calls to Just Golf Stuff over 3 days with a promise of a 'returned call within 24 hours. I have not received to this day a return call! I also tried to email Jill of the supposed parent company Under Par but also received no reply. The order finally arrived on 9 January. I will never do business in the future with Just Golf Stuff as they have no concern for their customers and do not provide any customer service.”
“Giving a one star rating because I ordered this on Dec 20th and it said it shipped out right away. Have yet to receive it. I had the same issue with my last order and ended up cancelling. Communication is very poor.”
“Your company sucks. I ordered two sets of N95 mask last December 19/21 but never been delivered. My Visa was debited and ended up calling visa office to credit back my account due to non-compliance of delivery of my order. I used to order stuff from you before. Also, your customer service is useless. E-mailed and called few times but not getting an answer. You don’t deserve to be patronize.”
