“It would be great if I actually got the item. It’s been over 3 weeks so I followed up with JGS after 1.5 weeks with an email to Customer Support and then a phone call (voicemail) to customer support after 2.5 weeks - no response yet! Very poor customer service and not the first time this has happened. I’m not sure I’ll shop at JGS again…”
“I made this order on Dec 20, 2021. I was promised delivery in 5-7 business days. As of today Jan 13 I have not received my order. The only info I have received is in response to my inquiry last week.”
“Service from your company is horrendous. I ordered KN95 Masks on December 20th, 2021 was immediately billed and was given a December 26th delivery date. Nothing had arrived by January 6th, 2022. I placed 3 calls to Just Golf Stuff over 3 days with a promise of a 'returned call within 24 hours. I have not received to this day a return call! I also tried to email Jill of the supposed parent company Under Par but also received no reply. The order finally arrived on 9 January. I will never do business in the future with Just Golf Stuff as they have no concern for their customers and do not provide any customer service.”
