“Ordered Puma 2X jacket and 2X golf shirt. Jacket does not fit and definitely not a 2X. Shirt fits but short. No info of how to return items. Very disappointed and will not buy from them again.”

“I have unsubscribed from Just Golf Stuff. My last purchase was advertised as 2 golf shirts for $19.99. However I only received half of the order. And was subsequently told that the 2 for $19.99 was a promotional offer. I am disappointed that Just Golf Stuff management did not err on the side of the consumer.

There was a promotion back in 2021 where this item was on sale for 2 for $19.99 and you did note making a purchase then, but that promotion was no longer available when you made this recent purchase. “My purchase experience was very bad! At the time I ordered the putter my payment was taken immediately and the email indicated that I would receive my putter within seven days. I waited 10 days then contacted Just Golf Stuff only the find out a few days later that they no longer had any of my putter in stock. Had I not contacted them I believe that I would be still waiting for the putter and no one would have let me know anything.. To add insult, I checked the site last night and found that they were still advertising the Cleveland Huntington Beach Soft #8 putter. This experience has probably made me to never order from Just Golf Stuff again and will telling others of the poor experience.”
“Terrible transaction. Received only 11 out of 12 pieces of the Ladies LH Top Flite 12pc set and have spent the last 3 months trying to get the missing club. Firstly they sent a replacement Mens RH 58deg wedge versus a Ladies LH PW and now still waiting on the replacement after returning the wrong club 3 weeks ago!
Not sure this will be fixed ever so recommend caution in the future or go with an alternative.”
“I still have not received my purchase as yet. The courier, Canpar, has been contact on two occasions and has set up a trace. I contacted Just Golf Stuff twice, first by phone and received no response. The second time via email and I did receive a reply. As stated in my email, this is not the first time I have had issues receiving your goods through Canpar. Believe me when I say that I am getting very frustrated with this situation. As of this date, approximately 24 days since my order, no product and no refund.”
