I haven't received my purchases it's been 3 weeks since I ordered and I haven't received anything and I've sent emails and I haven't received any response from you

It has been about a month since I placed my order, and there was an issue - some of the items sent were the wrong size. I have since sent several emails about this with no response. I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute with this merchant in an attempt to get my money back. The merchant can feel free to contact me at any time to resolve this.

Delivery was slow ,I was leaving for a golf trip & wanted to take this club with me , I left a voice message & a email message & did not get a reply from you on either message.

I never received the product. I emailed and left phone messages several times, but no response. I asked my VISA card to speak with this company. Even I spoke with Underpar who is the same company, but the person didn’t have any idea. I saw several bad & similar reviews online. Extremely worst experience ever.

JGS took more than the allotted time to ship these to me (I missed out on about four rounds that I could've played with the new clubs), and when I noted my concerns, they took much, much longer to reply to me than their stated standards.

It would have been nice to receive my shirt. Ordered a bag and the shirt and only the bag arrived. I have tried NUMEROUS times to email and call but only recently got an email saying they were checking on the order but not a word since. VERY unhappy with the LACK of customer service.

My delivery was longer than expected and I received the wrong colour that I ordered and the response time to my inquiries ( 2 emails and 2 phone calls ) were slow.

Wrong size and nobody is responding to my numerous emails, phone calls or texts. Something simple to deal with has been totally ignored. Very disappointed and questioning whether I will ever deal with you again. My issue should be an easy fix if someone would contact me.

They may be cheap but just pray that your order is delivery correctly. I’m still waiting to hear about my missing item after weeks. Service does not exist, no one answers emails or phone calls. Have purchased many times but won’t again. Poor experience

I never did receive the golf bag. I was sent an umbrella!!!!!!! I’ve email your company 4 times and still have not heard from anyone !!! It’s very hard to rate a golf bag when I haven’t received it. Tried calling several times. Just got a recorded message as to how busy everyone is. Too busy to follow up on 4 emails too !!!!

order golf bag realized I had ordered the wrong color 5 minutes later tried to correct the mistake which turn out to be a night, ordered the right color bag only they sent the wrong color bag again, trying to correct things but unsuccessful!!!

Their customer service was extremely poor. I had a number of issues with the delivery of my order and l sent three emails and called twice and l never got a response from them. I finally received my order but l am still waiting for a response from my last email so that l can correct my shipping address so that l don’t go through these issues again.

I have issues with my order. The original order went through without an issue. Days later I received an e-mail stating that my size and colour were not available and that the shoes would be shipped in one of the other colours. It has been 19 days since that e-mail and I have not received the shoes any any further e-mails advising if the other colours are also out of stock in my size. I will be contacting Just Golf Stuff within the week and cancelling my order unless I receive a further update. Very disappointed as I have ordered through them before without issue.

One of the hats I ordered arrived as the wrong colour. When my replacement order arrived I was disappointed with the colour of the grey Wilson hat as it was much darker ( almost black) than what was pictured on your site.

First shipment I was sent the wrong clubs. I have yet to receive my refund after returning them. Second order has not arrived yet despite being over 7 days since ordering. Not satisfied at all.

I bought two sets of these and paid for two sets. Which according to my math, should be 4 belts. I only received two belts ( 1 set). I have called twice and left messages both times regarding the error. As of this review, I still have not received a return phone call. Not sure what is wrong with their customer service but so far it has been horrible.
