“I have issues with my order. The original order went through without an issue. Days later I received an e-mail stating that my size and colour were not available and that the shoes would be shipped in one of the other colours. It has been 19 days since that e-mail and I have not received the shoes any any further e-mails advising if the other colours are also out of stock in my size. I will be contacting Just Golf Stuff within the week and cancelling my order unless I receive a further update. Very disappointed as I have ordered through them before without issue.”
“One of the hats I ordered arrived as the wrong colour. When my replacement order arrived I was disappointed with the colour of the grey Wilson hat as it was much darker ( almost black) than what was pictured on your site.”
“First shipment I was sent the wrong clubs. I have yet to receive my refund after returning them. Second order has not arrived yet despite being over 7 days since ordering. Not satisfied at all.”

“I bought two sets of these and paid for two sets. Which according to my math, should be 4 belts.
I only received two belts ( 1 set).
I have called twice and left messages both times regarding the error. As of this review, I still have not received a return phone call. Not sure what is wrong with their customer service but so far it has been horrible.”
“UnderPar has always been good to me, but Just Golf Stuff has left me disappointed. I thought I was receiving "black" wedges as described on the website. These wedges are NOT "black" and they feel super heavy. I never used them (still wrapped in plastic and never hit). I wrote an email asking to have a return label so I can send them back and have not heard back from anyone. It is also frustrating that there is no person to answer the phone whenever I call to discuss. 2 weeks and still no contact has been made. Terrible customer care :(”

Then i got a notice that i would get a refund with NO EXPLANATIONS.
