We have not yet received it. I was sent to our former address (Chandler Avenue)of 2+ years ago rather than our present address (907 Falaise Crescent) to which all of my orders have been coming. The resident of our old address has agreed to call us when it arrives, but that has not happened yet.

The mirror was cracked when received. Your company will not replace it. Only say to return the complete package and reorder. It was on sale when I bought it but now it's not and you expect me to pay full price and you can't even tell me if it is available. As far as I am concerned this was my first and final order with your company. Terrible customer service.

Working with this company has been a nightmare. I ordered over one month ago and have not received my package of KN 95 masks. Nor have my multiple inwuireies been answered from their service team with any meaningful progress of my order. No ETA, no cause for delay, nothing.

I placed an order Dec. 1. It was shipped Dec 6 according to the email and my credit card was charged. I have NOT received the item and they will NOT respond to my inquiries. BEWARE!!!!

I’m very disappointed. I received a pair of lime yellow woman’s golf shoe. Not black like advertised. I have called and left a voice message to advise if my complaint. We shall see

Unfortunately, I find myself having a very bad experience with Just Golf Stuff. This is my first time purchasing with them. I had my order sent to a post office address because their website didn’t flag that I couldn’t. After discovering that my item was being sent back by the courier I contacted just golf stuff with the order and tracking number. It took me two emails to get a response from them in which they told me that they would try and change the shipment. I didn’t heard any updates after that. I left the order alone over the Christmas break not expecting to get much service. Now into the new year I sent an new email and still did not receive a response 3 days later and have had to re-email again to hopefully have someone answer me. The customer service with Just Golf Stuff seems to be very much so lacking. Now I’m wondering if I will ever receive my product or am I just out $400? This experience has been like pulling teeth. Others beware!

Good and timely delivery of good products I ordered in November

Nov 26 - ordered 2-4-1 pant deal + socks Nov 29 socks shipped and received; Canpar claimed that pant was shipped and delivered Dec 5 - confirmed with concierge that package never received; emailed JGS customer support Dec 7 - pants arrived but received a 34x30 (ordered) and a 36x32 (not ordered). Dec 8 - requested to keep the correct one and return wrong one (36x32) Dec 13 - provided return label to return order back and asked to re-order what was originally ordered. Dec17 - dropped off return at Canpar SMART location. Dec 20 - shipped Dec 21 - received at JGS warehouse (St. Catherines) Dec 29 - follow up email on refund, no response January 3rd - left voicemail for customer service...message states 24 hour response time... January 5th - sent another follow up email and left voicemail for customer service January 6th - left another voicemail... NO RESPONSE on refund from Customer Service. Are they still in busines? Seem to be sending emails on product sales, but I would be concerned.... Disorganized and unresponsive....

not the set as labeled - happy with it for the price but does not include f8 driver tools or the milled face.
