“The company sent the wrong size. Now I have to do all the running around to return the product. Your company has made no effort to demonstrate their commitment to ensure quality customer service. Some form of retribution should have been made. Ie gift card, discount on future purchases. So I will do all the running around to return the product to you and that will be the last time I deal with this company.”

“Just Golf specialises in selling cheap Chinese produced knockoff goods that are designed to break so you have to buy again. However, you have fooled me once... not again. I doubt this review will make it to the public but what can you expect from a company that has a 300% markup on poor quality products.”

“I ordered a rain jacket on July 2nd. I received a golf shirt. I told customer service about the problem and they told me to return the golf shirt before they would ship the golf jacket. I returned the shirt the next day and was told that the jackets were sold out. Wasted my time and yours instead of being honest about my order in the first place. this is the second time an order has been sold out on me but you still take the money. you said you refunded my money on July 22. As of July 26 I haven't received my refund. I doubt I will be buying anything else from you.

“This is the worst online purchase i have ever done. It is almost four weeks and I still do not have my goods. Canpar shows that my club was delivered to your head office, you have this stupid online complaint department that took two days to tell me that you are looking into it. I still do not have my merchandise, I am out the money and your "complaint" department has not gotten back to me. How hard is in this era to deliver a golf club? Obviously, it is beyond your shipping department. If I could give you less than one star, I would.”
