When I use the tracking number with Canpar, it tells me there’s no information yet.
I am soon going to call Amex and ask for this transaction to be cancelled if the item does not arrive soon.

“I ordered a item, almost a month later I haven't received anything, then I was told by a rep. that the item I ordered was described to be delivered three weeks later. Very disappointed with the service. Then I was offered a refund and when I said I would accept that, I haven't heard back. Without prejudice.”

“Several weeks ago I ordered a Flip N Go golf cart. It arrived and I found that the brake gear was broken. I notified the Service department. They got back to me quickly that they would send a Return Label and I was to return it so I could get a refund if I returned it within 2weeks.

“Wrong size delivered. Was told I would get receive return package with appropriate paperwork and a refund. I would like the proper size but up till now have received neither the refund, proper size or return information. I have ordered quite a few items in the past with no issues but for whatever reason can’t seem to get this resolved. I ordered XL and received 2xXL.”
