“Have not as yet received this item 19 days after I ordered and paid for it. The commitment from your company is delivery in seven working days. I was forced to contact customer service and was told it would be delivered the week of April 19. The fact that the commitment was not kept and that I needed to contact to get an idea when it would be delivered is very disappointing.”

“I ordered a item, almost a month later I haven't received anything, then I was told by a rep. that the item I ordered was described to be delivered three weeks later. Very disappointed with the service. Then I was offered a refund and when I said I would accept that, I haven't heard back. Without prejudice.”

“Several weeks ago I ordered a Flip N Go golf cart. It arrived and I found that the brake gear was broken. I notified the Service department. They got back to me quickly that they would send a Return Label and I was to return it so I could get a refund if I returned it within 2weeks.
