“Products are usually good quality but inconsistent. Shirts that are same size & style but different colour can have different fit. In fairness, this can happen with any retail outlet, but having to pay for return shipping means I've kept purchases from here that I would normally have returned. Calling customer service and just getting voicemail in the middle of the afternoon is also off-putting.”
